Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019-2024 Georgetown and FR3 Class A motorhomes. The liquid petroleum gas (LPG) tank mounting brackets may break, which can result in the LPG tank becoming dislodged and damaged.
A damaged LPG tank increases the risk of a fire.
Dealers will inspect and replace the brackets and welds as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 11, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-206-7600. Forest River's number for this recall is 68-1736.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2021 Forester 2401BSD, FR3 F3A32DSF, Georgetown GTA36K7, 2022-2023 East to West Entrada, 2023 East to West Alta, Coachmen Apex, Brookstone, Chaparral and Chaparral Lite, Forest River Crusader, Sanibel, Shasta Phoenix, Coachmen Spirit, and East to West Tandara vehicles. The solar panel mounting hardware may become loose and pull through the slot in the panel.
Loose hardware can cause the solar panels to detach from the vehicle during transit, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will install additional hardware to the existing panel and install a secondary holding bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 5, 2023. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Coachmen Cross Country, 2015 Coachmen Encore, 2016-2020 Coachmen Mirada, 2018-2021 Coachmen Sportscoach, 2019-2021 Forest River Berkshire, 2011-2016 Forest River Blue Ridge, 2014-2019 Forest River Cardinal, 2014-2020 Forest River Cedar Creek, 2014-2021 Forest River Georgetown, 2019 Forest River Legacy, and 2017-2018 Forest River Riverstone recreational vehicles equipped with Hehr 6400 Series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail.
Adhesive failure may cause the vent portion of the window to detach, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2021 Coachmen Sportscoach and Forest River Georgetown motorhomes. The P2K Bunk Bed System motor may fail, causing the bunk to fall from the stowed position.
If the motor fails, the bunk may fall while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.

The contact owns a 2021 Forest River Georgetown RV built on a 2020 Ford Motorhome Chassis. While on a road trip, the contact, his wife, and two children became ill from the PolyHyde vinyl seats that were factory installed and bolted down in the RV. The contact stated that the seats were deteriorating and released a powdery substance, causing his eyes to water, coughing, and respiratory issues. The contact's son was diagnosed with bronchitis and had a rash on the chest. The contact’s daughter had a cough and runny nose. The contact's wife had high blood pressure. Medical attention was received by each occupant inside the RV. The RV was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 21,000.
