    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FOREST RIVER PALOMINI TRAVEL TRAILER, MODEL NUMBER: 132FDORV. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 TO 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN SMOKING VERY BADLY. THE TIRES RUBBED AGAINST THE WHEEL WELLS AND THE TIRE MELTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE AXLE WAS INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15.
