    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD EQUIPPED WITH CONSTANCY LY188 (NA) TIRES, SIZE: 205/75/R14 (NA). WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT. THE CONTACT INDEPENDENTLY REPLACED THE TIRE. THE TIRE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE AND TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
