Recalls and investigations

  1. Electrical system, wiring, rear compartment/trunkPark outsideMay 11, 2023

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2014-2016 Jeep Cherokee vehicles equipped with a power liftgate. An electrical short in the power liftgate module may lead to a vehicle fire with the ignition on or off.

A fire while parked or driving can increase the risk of injury.

Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the recall repair is complete. Dealers will relocate the power liftgate module and add a water shield. In addition, dealers will inspect for corrosion and replace the module and electrical connectors, if necessary. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner letters were mailed March 1, 2024. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 49A. This recall supersedes recalls 15V-393 and 15V-826. Vehicles repaired under the prior recalls will still need to have the new remedy performed.

  2. Power train, driveline, differential unitJun 11, 2020

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2014-2017 Jeep Cherokee vehicles equipped with a two-speed Power Transfer Unit (PTU). Relative movement in the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) between the differential input splines and the transmission output shaft may cause some input spline teeth to wear off, which may eventually cause a loss of engagement between the transmission and the differential inside the PTU. If this occurs, power cannot be transferred between the front wheels and the transmission which results in a loss of drive while the vehicle is in motion and a loss of the Park function while stationary.

A loss of drive can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. A loss of the Park function can cause unintended vehicle rollaway which can increase the risk of a crash or injury.

FCA US LLC will notify owners, and dealers will perform a software update that will maintain vehicle propulsion by engaging rear wheel drive and prevent rolling in Park by activating the electronic parking brake if a failed input spline occurs. This recall began July 14, 2020. Owners may contact FCA USA LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is W47.

  3. Power train, automatic transmissionJun 13, 2019

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2014 Jeep Cherokee vehicles equipped with 3.2L engines. In the event that a clutch becomes stuck in the transmission, the transmission software may shift the transmission to neutral.

An unexpected shift to neutral would result in a loss of drive, increasing the risk of crash.

Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will update the transmission software, free of charge. The recall began August 8, 2019. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is V69.

  4. Electrical system, wiringMay 17, 2018

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Dodge Journey, Charger and Durango, RAM 2500, 3500, 3500 Cab Chassis (more than 10,000lb), 4500 Cab Chassis and 5500 Cab Chassis, Jeep Cherokee and Grand Cherokee and Chrysler 300, 2014-2019 RAM 1500, 2015-2018 Dodge Challenger, 2015-2017 Chrysler 200, 2016-2018 RAM 3500 Cab Chassis (less than 10,000 lb), 2017-2018 Chrysler Pacifica and 2018 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. These vehicles are being recalled to address a defect that could prevent the cruise control system from disengaging. If, when using cruise control, there is a short circuit within the vehicle's wiring, the driver may not be able to shut off the cruise control either by depressing the brake pedal or manually turning the system off once it has been engaged, resulting in either the vehicle maintaining its current speed or possibly accelerating.

If the vehicle maintains its speed or accelerates despite attempts to deactivate the cruise control, there would be an increased risk of a crash.

Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the software, and perform a software flash on the engine or powertrain control module, free of charge. The recall began June 4, 2018. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Note: Owners are advised to stop using cruise control until the software update has been performed. In the event that cruise control cannot be disengaged while driving, owners should firmly and steadily apply the brakes and shift the transmission to neutral, placing the vehicle in park once it has stopped.

I WAS ON THE EWAY WHEN IT HAPPEN THE FIRST TIME GOING ABOUT 75. THE NEXT TIME IT HAPPENED I WAS ON A SIDE STREET GOING ABOUT 20MPH AND IT STALLED OUT AND THEN IT GAVE ME THE SAME MESSAGE. I TOOK IT TO JEEP THEY DID SOMETHING WITH THE COMPUTER PROBLEM WENT AWAY FOR A MONTH OR SO AND HAPPENS AGAIN. NOW I'M HAVING PROBLEMS EVERY WEEK AND EVERY TIME MY ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON IT SAYS SERVICE TRANSMISSION. THE ENGINE LIGHT DOESN'T STAY ON LONG IT COMES AND IT GOES. IT COMES ON WHEN I'M DRIVING FOR A WHILE OR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. SOMETIMES IT STAYS ON FOR DAYS AND OTHER TIMES IT GOES RIGHT OFF. IT'S DIFFERENT CODES FROM THE COMPUTER BUT ALL ARE DIFFERENT TRANSMISSIONS CODES. I HAVE 141,000 MILES ON MY TRUCK MOSTLY HIGHWAY MILES.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT PREVIOUSLY WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS FILLED WITH FUEL, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HIS DAUGHTER PARKED AND LEFT THE VEHICLE RUNNING TO BURN FUEL TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT ISSUES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE AT A HALF OR TANK TO PREVENT THE VEHICLE FROM STALLING. THE CONTACT REFERENCED MANUFACTURER TSB: S1814000002 AS THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND A CASE WAS OPENED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

  3. Power train, Engine, Oct 27, 2020

WHEN DRIVING THE JEEP IT FEELS SLUGGISH AND APPEARS TO TRYING TO FIND A GEAR TO SHIFT TO. IT CLUNKS WHEN PULLING AWAY FROM A STOP. SOMETIMES THE TRANSMISSION TAKES A LONG TIME TO SHIFT AND THE RPMS GO TO ABOUT 3800 TO 4000 BEFORE IT WILL SHIFT. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THIS MODEL AND YEAR JEEP. HOW IS IT THAT THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWS AUTO COMPANIES TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO HAVE THIS FIXED WHEN IT IS A MANUFACTURES PROBLEM. I AM SEEING MORE THAN ENOUGH COMPLAINTS TO WARRANT A RECALL OR TSB.

  4. Power train, Engine, Oct 20, 2020

ACCELERATING LAG WHEN YOU MAKE A TURN, IT ALSO HESITATES WHEN YOU ACCELERATE. IT'S JERKING WHILE ACCELERATING AND IT COULD BE DANGEROUS IN THE ROAD.

  5. Power train, Electrical system, Oct 19, 2020

THIS IS THE SECOND INCIDENT SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE NEW IN 2014. LESS THAN A YEAR AFTER PURCHASE THE TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACED. THIS INCIDENT THE JEEP LOST ALL POWER AND WOULD NOT GO INTO EITHER DRIVE OR PARK CREATING AN EXTREMELY UNSAFE SITUATION. WAS TOLD IT HAD TO DO WITH A RECALL AND NEEDED A NEW PCU. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO! I AM STILL WITHOUT MY JEEP AND HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD IT NEEDS ANOTHER NEW TRANSMISSION.

  6. Electrical system, Vehicle speed control, Other or unspecified, Oct 19, 2020

AS I AM DRIVING THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY LOSES POWER AND STOPS. THE VEHICLE TUGS AND PULLS BACK AS I AM DRIVING AND THEN LOSES POWER AND INDICATES ME TO SHIFT TO PARK. ON SOME OCCASION'S THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.

SERVICE SHIFTER LIGHT POPPED ON WHILE I WAS DRIVING AT 40PMH ON A CITY STREET. DROVE THE 2 MILES HOME AND PARKED VEHICLE, TURNED OFF ENGINE AND BACK ON AND IT DISAPPEARED. LESS THAT 40,000 MILES ON VEHICLE.

  8. Power train, Engine, Oct 16, 2020

THE VEHICLE SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL AS WE ENTERED INTO AN INTERSECTION. HAS OCCURRED MORE THAN ONCE. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN CHECKED FOR THE PAST RECALL SOME TIME AGO. THE DEALERSHIP TELLS US ITS A SENSOR THAT IS FAILING. STILL WAITING ON PARTS.

  9. Electrical system, Oct 11, 2020

IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS EVERY TIME I GO TURN ON THE CAR, IT SEEMS AS UF THE THE STRUGGLES TO START. SO, WHEN I TURN THE KEY TO THE MIDDLE POSITION THEN TURN IT HARD OVER, THE CAR WILL START. IF MAY TAKE ONE TIME OR SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE CAR STARTED. NOT BATTERY BECAUSE WINDOWS ROLL DOWN, RADIO COMES ON, AND SO ON. AS OF TODAY IT SEEM THERE IS NO CONNECTION HAPPENING.

  10. Power train, Electrical system, Oct 9, 2020

THE "SERVICE SHIFTER" WARNING COMING UP DURING DRIVE OR WHEN PARKED, THE ENGINE REFUSE TO START OR THE GEAR REFUSE TO SHIFT WHEN THIS HAPPENED. IT'S VERY NONDETERMINISTIC AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

  11. Other or unspecified, Oct 8, 2020

I FLAT TOW THIS 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE BEHIND A 40 FT CLASS A NEWMAR MOTORHOME. I HAVE EXPERIENCED A VIOLENT DEATH WOBBLE 6 TIMES FROM 30 MPH TO 70 MPH. THE EVENT SEEMS TO HAPPEN AFTER TURNS OR BUMPS. IT IS EXTREMELY VIOLENT AND THE ONLY REMEDY IS COME TO A COMPLETE STOP EVEN ON A HIGHWAY WITH NO SHOULDER. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH JEEP NATIONAL BEGINNING OCT 2019. THEY EXAMINED THE CAR FOR A WEEK IN OCT IN MOUNTAIN HOME, ARKANSAS. THEY CHECKED SUSPENSION, SHOCKS, TIRES, ALIGNMENT, STRUTS, ETC. NO DEFECTS. THEY HAD NO SUGGESTIONS. THERE WAS A RECALL IN 2016 THAT THEY SAID WAS COMPLIED WITH THAT INVOLVED A WIRING HARNESS FOR FLAT TOWING AND GAVE ME AN AMENDED PAGE FOR MY OPERATING MANUAL SAYING THE HARNESS WAS REQUIRED. THE EVENT HAPPENED AGAIN AND I WENT TO MY LOCAL JEEP DEALER AND VERIFIED THAT THE HARNESS WAS INSTALLED. ON MY LAST TRIP IN SEPTEMBER 2020, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I CALLED JEEP CARES AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO AN ENGINEER OR TECHNICIAN AND THEY SAID THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND ADVISED I TAKE IT TO A DEALER. I CALLED MY HOMETOWN DEALER AND SPOKE WITH THE SHOP FOREMAN. HE LOOKED INTO IT AND HAD NOTHING TO OFFER. I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP LAST FRIDAY AND FOR THE FIRST TIME WAS TOLD MOPAR PART #68321424AB WAS REQUIRED AND IT WAS NOT INSTALLED ON MY CAR. THIS WAS THE FIRST JEEP PERSON THAT WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND KNEW WHAT THE SOLUTION WAS. JEEP WANTS ME TO PAY $750 TO HAVE THE PART (A WIRING HARNESS) INSTALLED. I THINK IT IS A SOLUTION TO A DESIGN FLAW AND ONE THAT ALL JEEP SERVICE PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE!

  12. Power train, Oct 8, 2020

THE 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE TRAIL HAWK HAS HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH IT NOT SHIFTING INTO GEAR, BEING "CONFUSED" AFTER COMING TO A STOP AND NOT SHIFTING INTO THE PROPER GEAR. WHEN TRYING TO ACCELERATE AFTER A RED LIGHT OR STOP SIGN VEHICLE WILL NOT GO WHEN THE ACCELERATOR IS ENGAGED, THEN AFTER A FEW SECONDS IT UNEXPECTANTLY LUNGES FORWARD INTO GEAR AND INTO TRAFFIC. ALL RECALLS HAVE POINTED TO THIS BEING A "SOFTWARE" ISSUE AND I HAVE HAD ALL SOFTWARE RECALLS COMPLETED ON THE TRANSMISSION AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. THIS VEHICLE HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASE AND CONTINUES TO HAVE IT ON A DAILY BASIS. RECENTLY THIS ISSUE CASED THE 4WD UNAVAILABLE LIGHT TO GO OFF, AND NOW THE VEHICLE WILL NOT SHIFT IN 4WD LOW. AFTER MULTIPLE TRIPS TO THE DEALER THE CONSENSUS IS THAT THE BATTER IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY EVEN THOUGH IT IS OPERATING AT THE PROPER CURRENT AND VOLTAGE.

  13. Fuel system, Gasoline, Oct 7, 2020

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER REFUELING AND WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE VEHICLE SPUTTERED AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE SPUTTERED WHILE DRIVING BUT DID NOT STALL OR SHUT-OFF. THE CONTACT RESEARCHED THE FAILURE AND BECAME AWARE OF AN ISSUE WITH GASOLINE FUMES ENTERING THE VAPOR CANISTER AND CAUSING A STALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.

ATTEMPTING TO FILL GAS TANK AT GAS STATION. GAS TANK AT ABOUT 1/4 FULL. GAS PUMP REPEATEDLY SHUTS OFF WHILE FILLING ABOUT EVERY 0.1 GALLON. IT TAKES 10-15 MINUTES TO FILL THE TANK. THIS FIRST HAPPENED JANUARY 2020 BUT PROBLEM WENT AWAY AFTER SEVERAL FILL UPS. I HAVE THE PROBLEM AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER 2020. STILL HAPPENING. I LIVE IN NORTHWEST OHIO.

  15. Power train, Sep 30, 2020

THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL/POWER MODULE ASSEMBLY MADE FROM CAST IRON SPLIT ALONG A CASTING FAULT AND LOST ALMOST ALL OF ITS FLUID. I ONLY DISCOVERED THIS WHEN I NOTICED A LARGE PUDDLE OF FLUID ON MY DRIVEWAY AND THE SERVICE 4WD LIGHT CANE ON WHEN I STARTED THE VEHICLE. I HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO MY LOCAL SERVICE STATION AND THEY HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE, BUT HAD LOCATED SIMILAR STORIES ONLINE WITH EVEN WORSE PICTURES SAME VEHICLE YEAR AND MILEAGE (101,000 MI). SUGGESTED I CALL JEEP DEALER AND CHRYSLER. I CALLED BOTH AND THEY WOULD NOT CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING TOWARD THE REPAIR. THIS VEHICLE WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT OR ABUSED IN ANY WAY. I FEEL THIS IS AN OBVIOUS MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED UNDER A RECALL. IF THIS HAD OCCURRED AT HIGH SPEED I ALSO FEEL IT COULD HAVE BEEN QUITE DANGEROUS.

  16. Power train, Engine, Sep 30, 2020

EVERYTHING THAT THE INTERNET SAYS ABOUT THE 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE TIGERSHARK ENGINE AND THE 9 SPEED TRANSMISSION IS HAPPENING AND HAS BEEN SINCE 2017. IT HAS BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP AT LEAST 4 TIMES INVOLVING THE SAME THING. ENGINE STALLS ON THE FREEWAY!!! STOPS SHIFTING. WONT GO INTO DRIVE. SLAMS INTO GEARS. JEEP SAYS ITS A BATTERY, LOW OIL OR MOTOR MOUNT PROBLEM. THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. THE TRANSMISSION AND THE ENGINE ARE THE PROBLEM AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. 2020 ALONE IT HAS BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR AT LEAST 2 TO 3 WEEKS. I HAVE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE RECORDS, CASE NUMBERS FROM JEEP THAT DONT DO ANYTHING, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO NOT FIX SOMETHING THEY DID NOT DO CORRECTLY.

  18. Other or unspecified, Sep 29, 2020

WHEN IDLING OR STOPPED IN TRAFFIC OR A STOP SIGN THE CAR SHAKES, LUNGES AND STALLS AFTER FILLING UP WITH FUEL. THE DEALER HAS NO IDEA, SINCE NO CODES ARE SHOWN. AFTER ABOUT 25 MILES OF DRIVING AND LOWERING THE FUEL LEVEL I HAVE NO MORE ISSUES UNTIL THE NEXT FILL UP. WHILE AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT THE VEHICLE STALLED AND I PUT IT IN PARK TO RESTART IT AND IT DIDN'T REGISTER THAT IT WAS IN PARK AND MESSAGE FLASHED TO PUT IN PARK.

  19. Electrical system, Other or unspecified, Service brakes, Sep 29, 2020

THE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON MULTIPLE TIMES (FIRST DAY 10/4/2019 DRIVING LOCALLY), REGARDING SERVICING THE TRANSMISSION, BRAKE AND AIRBAG AFTER STARTING AND IN A NON-MOVING MODE. ON THE SECOND DAY OF OWNERSHIP 10/5/2019, I TOOK IT TO THE CLOSEST JEEP DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THEM CHECK ON THE WARNING LIGHT. THE TECH ADVISOR GAVE ME A PRINT OUT OF ALL THE ERROR CODES SHOWING (QUITE A FEW). ON THE SIXTH DAY 10-10-2019, I ONLY HAD DRIVEN IT LOCALLY WHEN THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPED OUT OF THE DRIVE GEAR WHEN I WAS AT A STOP SIGN. THE DRIVE TRANSMISSION WASN'T ENGAGING WHEN I PRESSED THE GAS PEDAL. I PUT IT IN 'PARK' AND THEN BACK INTO 'DRIVE', AND IT THEN WENT FORWARD. I DROVE HOME, AND I PARKED THE JEEP IN MY YARD. I DIDN'T DRIVE IT AGAIN WITH A REAL CONCERN THAT THE JEEP WASN'T SAFE TO DRIVE AND NOT WANTING TO GET STRANDED ALONG A ROAD SOMEWHERE. IN 11/2019, I NEXT DROVE THE JEEP IN MY ATTEMPT TO GET IT TO THE DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO HAVE THE DIAGNOSTICS DONE TO FIND OUT THE EXACT ISSUES. THE TRANSMISSION DID THE SAME THING AND SLIPPED OUT OF 'DRIVE' IN BUSY STOP AND GO TRAFFIC IN ROUTE ON A 5 LANE HIGHWAY AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT AFTER STOPPING AND GIVING GAS TO MOVE FORWARD. THIS TIME IT TOOK FOUR ATTEMPTS (PLACING IN PARK AND THEN DRIVE) BEFORE THE JEEP WOULD DRIVE FORWARD. I MADE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A PRAYER FIVE MINUTES FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD. THE FINAL DIAGNOSIS (12/18-2019) WAS THAT THE JEEP NEEDS A TRANSMISSION/ENGINE WIRING HARNESS. 'THERE IS A BRAKE IN THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE CIRCUIT FOR COMMUNICATION AND DEPENDING ON HOW THE ENGINE FLEX'S, THE COMMUNICATION LINE DROPS OUT AND CAUSES THE TCM TO GO OFFLINE'. ON 4/12/2020, I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE CODE FLASHING (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES). IT WOULDN'T START. ONE WEEK LATER, IT STARTED AND I DROVE IT IN MY YARD TO PARK IT FARTHER OUT OF MY MAIN DRIVEWAY. THERE IT HAS SAT FOR A FEW MONTHS.

I WAS DRIVING AND WAS TRYING TO ACCELERATE WAS GOING ABOUT 42 AND MY CAR DROPPED THE GEAR AND MY CAR IMMEDIATELY SLOWED DOWN TO ABOUT 38MPH AND THE CAR BEHIND ME ALMOST SLAMMED INTO THE REAR OF THE CAR. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I HAVE CONTACTED MY DEALERSHIP ON MANY OCCASIONS AND THEY TELL ME NOTHING IS WRONG AND I BRING IT TO OTHER MECHANICS AND THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE ISSUES ALL THE TIME WITH THIS MAKE AND MODEL OF THIS VEHICLE. I DRIVE WITH A SMALL CHILD IN THE CAR AND I FEEL COMPLETELY UNSAFE. I AM SO FURIOUS WITH MY JEEP DEALERSHIP LOCATED ON ROUTE 88 IN BRICK NEW JERSEY. NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. MY SECOND ISSUE IS WITH THE LUG SCREWS IN THE TIRES THEY KEEP BECOMING 'SWOLLEN' AFTER REPLACING THEM CONSTANTLY I WAS TOLD YET AGAIN THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP TO KEEP REPLACING. AND LAST MY AIR BAGS CENSOR HAS BEEN REPLACED AT LEAST TWICE THE DRIVER AIRBAG CENSOR KEEPS POPPING UP ON MY DASHBOARD.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE GEAR, THE SERVICE GEAR SHIFTER LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CALLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE CONTACT INQUIRED ABOUT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND WAS INFORMED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 48,000.

CAR BUCKS AND STALLS AFTER FILLING UP WITH GAS. FOUR TIMES TO THE DEALER AND THEY CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT. FINALLY, DRIVING CAR STALLED IN TRAFFIC. MADE IT TO THE DEALER. THEY WERE ABLE TO FINALLY SEE THE PROBLEM AS NO CODES WERE GOING OFF BEFORE. CAR WAS IN MOTION AND STALLED. RESTARTED,THEN STALLED AT THE RED LIGHT. SO IT STALLED WHILE MOVING AND STATIONARY.
