Recalls and investigations

  1. Latches/locks/linkages, hood, latchMay 28, 2020

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2013-2018 Nissan Altima vehicles. If the primary hood latch is inadvertently released, there is an increased likelihood that the secondary hood latch may corrode over time.

Corrosion to the secondary latch may cause it to bind and remain in the unlatched position when the hood is closed. If the primary latch is inadvertently released again and the secondary latch is not engaged, the hood could unexpectedly open while driving, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.

Nissan will notify owners, and dealers will install a stronger release spring in the hood release lever, a warning label near the secondary hood latch, and an Owner’s Manual addendum card with instructions on how to lubricate and maintain the secondary hood latch mechanism, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 30, 2021. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669. Note: Recall 16V-029 remains open for any unremedied 2013-2015 Altimas and this recall applies to all vehicles covered by 16V-029 even if those repairs have already been performed.

  2. Air bags, sensor, occupant classificationDec 19, 2016

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Altima vehicles manufactured January 3, 2013, to July 29, 2013, 2015-2016 Rogue vehicles manufactured October 14, 2014, to August 12, 2016, and 2016 Maxima vehicles manufactured June 4, 2015, to August 19, 2015. An incorrect Occupant Classification System (OCS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) may have been installed in the front passenger seat. The incorrect ECU and seat combination may misclassify the front passenger seat occupant.

If the front passenger seat occupant is misclassified, the air bag may deploy incorrectly in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Nissan will notify owners, and dealers will replace the ECU and update the OCS software free of charge. The recall began February 13, 2017. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-647-7261.

  3. Air bags, sensor, occupant classificationApr 26, 2016

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2016-2017 Nissan Maxima, 2013-2016 Nissan Altima, NV200, LEAF, Sentra, and Pathfinder, 2014-2016 Nissan NV200 Taxi, Infiniti QX60, QX60 Hybrid, and Q50 Hybrid, 2014-2017 Nissan Rogue and Infiniti Q50, 2015-2016 Nissan Murano, Murano Hybrid, and Chevrolet City Express, 2014-2015 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid, and 2013 Infiniti JX35 vehicles. In these vehicles, the front seat passenger Occupant Classification System (OCS) may incorrectly classify an adult passenger as a child or classify the seat as empty despite it being occupied. As a result, the passenger frontal air bag may be turned off and not deploy in the event of a crash.

If the passenger frontal air bag does not deploy as intended in the event of a crash, the passenger is at an increased risk of injury.

Nissan will notify their owners. Chevrolet City Express owners will be notified by General Motors. Dealers will reprogram the Air Bag Control Unit (ACU) and OCS Electronic Control Unit (ECU) in Altima, Maxima, Murano, Rogue, and Sentra vehicles, and replace the OCS ECU in LEAF, NV200, NV200 Taxi, Pathfinder, Infiniti Q50, JX35, and QX60 and Chevrolet City Express vehicles, free of charge. Interim notices were sent to owners on May 31, 2016. Owners will receive a second notice when remedy parts become available. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669, Infiniti customer service at 1-888-833-3216 or Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020.

  4. Latches/locks/linkages, hood, latchJan 22, 2016

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Nissan Altima vehicles manufactured March 6, 2012, to December 31, 2014. In the affected vehicles, the secondary hood latch may bind and remain in the unlatched position when the hood is closed.

If the primary latch is inadvertently released and the secondary latch is not engaged, the hood could unexpectedly open while driving, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.

These vehicles were previously included in recalls 14V-565 and 15V-116, however the previous remedy plan may not have been performed consistently to remove the safety risk. To correct this issue, Nissan will re-notify all affected owners and dealers will replace the hood latch with a new one, free of charge. The recall began on February 17, 2016. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-647-7261. Note: This recall supersedes recalls 14V-565 and 15V-116.

  5. Air bags, frontalOct 20, 2015

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Altima and Pathfinder vehicles, 2013-2014 Nissan Sentra vehicles, 2013 Infiniti JX35 vehicles, 2014-2015 Infiniti QX60 vehicles and 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid vehicles. The affected vehicles received an incorrect occupant classification system (OCS) control unit during a repair. These OCS control units may incorrectly classify the front passenger seat as empty, when it is occupied by an adult.

If the OCS does not detect an adult occupant in the passenger seat, the passenger air bag would be deactivated. Failure of the passenger airbag to deploy during a crash (where deployment is warranted) could increase the risk of injury to the passenger.

Nissan will notify owners, and dealers will update the OCS software, free of charge. The recall began on November 30, 2015. Owners may contact Nissan at 1-800-647-7261.

  6. Fuel system, gasolineAug 4, 2015

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) notified the agency on July 31, 2015, that they are recalling certain model year 2016 Nissan Maxima vehicles manufactured February 10, 2015, to August 18, 2015. On October 14, 2015, Nissan expanded the recall to cover an additional 41,388 vehicles, including certain model year 2013-2015 Altima 3.5 vehicles equipped with a V6 engine manufactured March 30, 2012, to August 18, 2015 as well as the vehicles covered by the July 31, 2015 notification. In the affected vehicles, due to an improperly installed o-ring that may not have been seated correctly at the time of assembly, fuel may leak during a crash from the area where the fuel sending unit attaches to the fuel tank.

If fuel leaks from between the fuel sending unit and the tank, it may increase the risk of a fire in the event of a crash.

Nissan will notify owners, and dealers will install a retainer ring between the fuel tank and the fuel sending unit. The recall began on September 28, 2015. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-647-7261.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Nissan Altima vehicles manufactured March 1, 2013, to December 31, 2014. In the affected vehicles, the secondary hood latch may bind and remain in the unlatched position when the hood is closed.

If the primary latch is inadvertently released and the secondary latch is not engaged, the hood could unexpectedly open while driving, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.

Nissan will notify owners, and dealers will be instructed to modify the bend angle of the hood actuation lever to eliminate potential interference with the hood inner panel. In addition, dealers will clean and lubricate the latch joint as needed. If significant corrosion is observed, the latch assembly will be replaced. This repairs will be performed free of charge. THE CHROME IN THE LOW BEAM HEADLAMPS TENDS TO BURN OUT QUICKLY WHICH AFFECTS THE PROJECTION. ACCORDING TO NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS, THIS IS A KNOWN COSTLY REPAIR WITH 2013-2017 BUT MOSTLY AFFECTS THE 2013. THE REPAIR COSTS IS QUOTED AT $1119.85. WHEN THE HEADLAMPS BURN OUT THE CAR IS NOT DRIVABLE BECAUSE IT CANNOT PASS INSPECTION WHICH IS CURRENTLY MY ISSUE. I CAN'T AFFORD TO HAVE THIS REPLACED WHICH UNFORTUNATELY AFFECTS MY EMPLOYMENT BECAUSE I CAN'T DRIVE TO WORK.

THE LOW BEAM ON THE HEADLIGHTS ARE SO DIM WE CANNOT DRIVE AT NIGHT. READING ONLINE IT WOULD SEEM THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM HOWEVER A BULB WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE. THE ENTIRE HEADLIGHT HOUSING HAS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF THE INTERIOR PORTION WHERE THE BULB SETS IS DETERIORATING. . . STARTED NOTICING THIS 2 YEARS AGO AND IT GETTING WORSE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ILLUMINATION FOR THE CONTACT SEE THE ROADWAY WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT. THE DEALER AUTONATION FORD BROOKSVILLE (7200 BROAD STREET, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34601, (352) 419-0810) WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO REFERRED TO NHTSA FOR ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.

  5. Exterior lighting, Sep 14, 2020

THE HEADLIGHTS ON THE 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA ARE A COMPLETE SAFETY HAZARD. IT IS LIKE I AM DRIVING WITHOUT ANY LIGHTS WHEN THEY ARE ON AND I CANNOT SEE AT ALL UNLESS I HAVE ON MY HIGH BEAMS. DRIVING WITH MY BRIGHTS ON ALL THE TIME AT NIGHT CAUSES ISSUES FOR THE DRIVERS AROUND ME. SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT OR KILLED DUE TO THE LACK OF VISIBILITY. I HAVE HAD THE LIGHTS CHANGED AND THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING OF THE ISSUE ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND IT SHOULD BE A SAFETY RECALL BY NISSAN BEFORE THEY ARE SUED!

  6. Exterior lighting, Sep 11, 2020

WHEN TURN SIGNAL IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AS THE STEERING WHEEL IS STRAIGHTENED, SOMETIMES (NOT ALWAYS) IT ACTUATES THE 'LANE CHANGE' THREE-FLASH SIGNAL IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. FOR EXAMPLE, AFTER MAKING A LEFT TURN, THE SIGNAL CANCELS AND SIGNALS THREE FLASHES IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. THIS HAPPENS WHEN TURNING IN EITHER DIRECTION. IT HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES BUT DOES NOT HAPPEN AT EVERY TURN. I FEEL IT MAY BE A MALFUNCTION OF THE TURN SIGNAL ARM.

  7. Exterior lighting, Sep 9, 2020

LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE DANGEROUSLY DIM. FOG LIGHTS ARE BRIGHTER THAN LOW BEAMS. MUST DRIVE CAR WITH HIGH BEAMS ON TO SEE AT NIGHT. ILLEGAL TO DRIVE WITH HIGH BEAMS ON - FEAR TICKET FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATION. FEAR CAUSING AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF BLINDING ANOTHER ONCOMING DRIVER WITH HIGH BEAMS ON. HAD ONE LOW BEAM DIE WHILE ON A 250 MILE TRIP AND COULD NOT SEE AT NIGHT WITH ONLY ONE LOW BEAM ON. I HAVE HEARD OF OTHER COMPLAINTS FOR 2013-15 NISSAN ALTIMA HEADLAMPS BEING TOO DIM. (SERIES 5-?) BOUGHT CAR NEW IN 2014 AND HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH LIGHTS FOR THREE YEARS. PRELIMINARY REPORTS INDICATE PLASTIC REFLECTIVE BOWL IN HEADLAMP IS DEFECTIVE BECAUSE MATERIALS DEGRADE AND WEAR OUT OVER TIME. NISSAN HAS REMAINED SILENT AND DEALERSHIP WILL CHECK FOR MOISTURE AND STATE THAT HEADLAMPS ARE WITHING SPECS. THESE HEADLAMPS ARE DEFECTIVE AND THE NTSB SHOULD INVESTIGATE AND ISSUE A RECALL.- BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT OR DIES. I COULD NOT SEE PEDESTRIANS CROSSING THE ROAD LAST NIGHT WHILE MY LOW BEAMS WERE ON. MY VISION IS FINE AND MY SPEED WAS ONLY 30 MPH ON A CITY STREET, BUT PEDESTRIANS CROSSING THE ROAD WERE NOT SEEN BY MYSELF OR FRONT SEAT PASSENGER UNTIL IT WAS ALMOST TOO LATE. I JUST REPLACED THE HEADLAMPS WITH UPGRADED SYLVANIA BULBS NOT MORE THAN A WEEK AGO. NISSAN SHOULD REPLACE THE FRONT HEADLAMP LENSES ON BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE - WITHOUT CHARGE. A SAFETY RECALL NEEDS TO BE ISSUED.

  8. Exterior lighting, Sep 1, 2020

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE HAVING NEVER DRIVEN IT AT NIGHT. UPON MY FIRST TIME DRIVING IT AT NIGHT, I LEARNED THAT THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE WILDLY INEFFECTIVE AND I COULD NOT ILLUMINATE THE ROAD MORE THAN 15 OR SO FEET IN FRONT OF ME. THIS MADE DRIVING EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I WENT TO A DEALER AND HAD THEM REPLACE THE BULBS INSIDE THE ASSEMBLY, BUT SAW NO CHANGE IN THE EFFECTIVENESS. THE INSIDE OF THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY HAS BURNED/DETERIORATED AND NO LONGER PROJECTS THE LIGHT FROM THE BULB. THE ONLY SOLUTION TO ALLOW SAFE DRIVING IN DARK CONDITIONS IS TO REPLACE THE ENTIRETY OF THE FAULTY HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY ON BOTH SIDES.

  9. Exterior lighting, Aug 31, 2020

THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ON MY 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA ARE EXTREMELY DIM! IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT WITHOUT MY BRIGHTS ON. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFTEY HAZARD FOR ME AND OTHER DRIVERS AS WELL! MY EYESIGHT VISION IS CONSIDERED TO BE BETTER THAN AVERAGE AND EVEN WITH THAT I CAN'T DRIVE AT NIGHT UNLESS I HAVE MY BRIGHTS ON. I HAVE TRIED LED AND HID BULBS WITH NO IMPROVEMENT. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM!

  10. Exterior lighting, Aug 31, 2020

HEAD LIGHT BEAM IS TOO LOW.

  11. Exterior lighting, Aug 22, 2020

MY LOW BEAMS HAVE BEEN SO DIM I CANT SEE WHEN NIGHT DRIVING. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO NISSAN CORPORATION AND THEY DENIED THERE WAS A PROBLEM, THAT THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS COMPLAINT BEFORE EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALL OVER THE WEB. THE DEALERSHIP WERE THE ONE THAT ENCOURAGED ME TO CONTACT NISSAN. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE TO FIX. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING ON MY HIGH BEAMS AT NIGHT FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS BECAUSE I CANT GET IT RESOLVED. I HAVE THE BULBS REPLACED TWICE TO NO AVAIL. APPARENTLY ITS THE REFLECTIVE MATERIAL BEHIND THE BULBS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE. THANK YOU!

  12. Exterior lighting, Aug 21, 2020

LOW BEAMS TOO LOW WITH NEW BULBS. DEALER SAYS I NEED NEW HOUSING

  13. Exterior lighting, Aug 20, 2020

MY NISSAN ALTIMA 2013 HEADLIGHTS ARE SO POOR THAT I CANNOT DRIVE IT AT NIGHT. WHEN I HAVE TO DRIVE, I WILL EITHER FOLLOW A CAR IN FRONT OF ME CLOSELY AT NIGHT OR USE HIGH BEAMS. DEGRADATION STARTED TO GET WORSE BY 3 YEAR, I REPLACED WITH BETTER BULBS AND THEN WITH HIDS BUT STILL LIGHTING IS SO POOR THAT I ONLY USE THIS VEHICLE DURING DAY TIME.

  14. Exterior lighting, Aug 17, 2020

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE HEADLIGHTS WERE VERY DIM AND WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE ROADWAY AND VEHICLES AHEAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DICK SMITH NISSAN OF LEXINGTON (5536 SUNSET BLVD, LEXINGTON, SC 29072) WHERE THEY INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FAILURE WAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,000.

  15. Exterior lighting, Aug 15, 2020

THE HEADLIGHTS ARE A PROJECTOR BEAM, AND THROUGH THE YEARS I'VE OWNED THE CAR, THE HEADLIGHTS CONTINUE TO DIM, I HAVE CHANGED THE LIGHT BULBS 3 DIFFERENT TIMES SINCE OWNING THE CAR, NEVER TRULY SOLVING THE PROBLEM. THE HEAT OF THE BULBS CREATE A FILM ON THE PROJECTOR LENS THAT HAMPERS STRONG LIGHT TO GET THROUGH TO THE ROADWAY. THIS IS A DANGEROUS HAZARD THAT IS A DEFECT OF THE AUTOMAKER, AS THIS IS ALL FACTORY EQUIPMENT INSTALLED IN THE VEHICLE.

  16. Exterior lighting, Aug 2, 2020

HEADLIGHTS TO CAR BECOME DIM BECAUSE REFLECTIVITY MATERIAL IN LIGHT HOUSING DETERIORATED AND NO LONGER HELPS PROJECT SUFFICIENT SOURCE OF LIGHT ONTO THE ROAD AHEAD. EVEN WITH BRAND NEW, AND APPROPRIATE REPLACEMENT LIGHTBULBS DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SUFFICIENT LIGHT. VERY DANGEROUS AND CANNOT SEE AT DARK AND ALMOST NOT DRIVABLE WITHOUT USING BRIGHTS OPTION. CAN GET STOPPED BY POLICE FOR ASSUMPTION THAT HEADLIGHTS ARE NOT APPROPRIATELY ON FOR THE SAFETY OF THE ROAD FOR THE DRIVER AND OTHER DRIVERS.

  17. Exterior lighting, Jul 24, 2020

  19. Exterior lighting, Jul 19, 2020

THE LOW BEAM LIGHTS ARE ON BUT BASICALLY NON EXISTENT. A FEW TIMES I'VE EVEN PULLED OVER TO CHECK IF THEY BOTH WERE OFF/BURNED OUT... THEY WEREN'T. I HAVE REPLACED BULBS WITH NO CHANGE TO THE BRIGHTNESS I DO OR DO NOT GET. ONLY OPTION CURRENTLY IS TO DRIVE IN THE DARK WITH HIGH BEAMS, POTENTIALLY BLINDING ON COMING TRAFFIC THEN!!! THIS ISSUE IS THE SAME WHETHER DRIVING OR STATIONARY AND HAS BEEN ONGOING WITH NO REMEDY FOUND YET.

  20. Exterior lighting, Visibility/wiper, Jul 7, 2020

THE HEADLIGHTS ARE SUPER DIM WHEN I AM DRIVING AT NIGHT. I HAVE REPLACED MY HEADLIGHTS TWICE NOW TO THE BRIGHTEST LIGHTS YOU CAN BUY. WHEN I DRIVE AT NIGHT I HAVE TO TURN ON MY BRIGHT LIGHTS BECAUSE I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE THE ROAD IN FRONT OF ME WITH THE REGULAR HEADLIGHTS ON. IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT DUE TO THE HEADLIGHTS BEING SO DIM. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE I PURCHASED THE CAR LAST SUMMER.

LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE TOO DIM AND UNSAFE FOR NIGHT DRIVING. *TR

  22. Exterior lighting, Jun 29, 2020

THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IN MY 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA ARE VERY DIM. I CHANGED THE HEAD LAMPS THINKING THAT MAYBE THE OLD LIGHTS HAD JUST AGED AND LOST BRIGHTNESS. THIS DID NOT MAKE A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN THE BRIGHTNESS. I RESEARCHED ON-LINE AND FOUND MULTIPLE REPORTS THAT FROM 2013-2015 PEOPLE WITH NISSAN ALTIMA'S HAD SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. THE PROBLEM WAS CONCERNING ENOUGH THAT DURING A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF MY VEHICLE I ASKED THE DEALER HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO REPLACE THE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLIES. IT WAS AROUND $1000. YIKES. RECENTLY I HAD A 'NEAR MISS' THAT I PARTIALLY ATTRIBUTE TO THE DIM HEADLAMPS. I WAS DRIVING ON A LOCAL 2 LANE ROAD. THERE WAS A CAR COMING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION ABOUT 50 YARDS AWAY. SUDDENLY A CAR BEHIND THAT CAR PULLED DIRECTLY INTO MY LANE. TO AVOID A COLLISION I IMMEDIATELY PULLED THE WHEEL RIGHT AND WENT INTO A YARD. I THOUGHT MAYBE THE PERSON HAD A HEART ATTACK AND LOST CONTROL OF THE CAR BUT WHEN I LOOKED BACK THE PERSON HAD SWERVED BACK INTO THE CORRECT LANE. I THOUGHT MAYBE MY LIGHTS WERE OFF BUT I CHECKED AND THEY WERE ON. I'VE BEEN DRIVING FOR 35 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. COULD HAVE BEEN SOMEBODY TEXTING AND DRIVING? I WOULD BE INTERESTED TO KNOW IF THE 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA HAS A HIGHER NIGHT TIME DRIVING ACCIDENT RATE COMPARED TO OTHER SEDANS. REGARDLESS I THINK THESE HEADLAMPS ARE UNSAFE. I'M GOING TO TRY TO FIND A REPLACEMENT HEADLAMP AND DO THE REPAIR MYSELF AS I CAN'T READILY AFFORD THE $1000. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER ENTERED A COMPLAINT. *TR

DRIVING AT NIGHT IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE WITH MY 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA SV. WITH THE LOW BEAMS ON YOU CANNOT SEE THE ROAD AHEAD OR ANY OBSTACLES THAT MIGHT BE AHEAD. THESE HEADLIGHT SHOULD BE A RECALL. HORRIBLE DESIGN. *TR

  25. Exterior lighting, Visibility/wiper, Jun 15, 2020

LIGHTING ON THE 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA IS A SAFETY RISK AND POTENTIAL LIABILITY WAITING TO HAPPEN. THE VISIBILITY WITH THE STOCK LIGHTS WILL LIMIT YOUR VISIBILITY AND PUTS YOU AND PASSENGERS AT RISK. THIS HAS TO BE CORRECTED AND TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY NISSAN. THE LIGHT THAT IS ILLUMINATING HAS TO BE OUT OF CODE FOR A LEGAL ACCEPTABLE VEHICLE. *TR
