Who we are

Sayzia ("we", "us") is a service operated by Nebtrix that turns a creator's YouTube library into an AI assistant which answers audience questions from that creator's own content. This policy explains what we collect from creators (account holders) and from audience members (people who chat with a creator's assistant), and how we handle it. Questions: support@sayzia.com.

What we collect from creators

  • Account details: name, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Your YouTube channel URL and the public metadata of your videos (titles, thumbnails, links).
  • Transcripts of your public videos, which we process into searchable form (text chunks and vector embeddings) to power your assistant. We only index channels connected by their owner or an authorized representative.
  • Billing information, handled by our payment provider — we never store card numbers.
  • Settings you configure: branding, guardrails, blocked topics, and welcome messages.

What we collect from audience members

  • The questions you ask and the answers you receive. Questions — including ones the assistant cannot answer — are shared with the creator as part of their dashboard and content reports.
  • A session identifier stored in your browser, kept by us only in hashed form, used for rate limiting and conversation continuity. We do not ask for your name or email to use chat.
  • Approximate location derived from IP address, used in aggregate audience analytics for the creator.

AI processing

To generate answers, your question and short excerpts of the creator's transcripts are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google's Gemini API) for embedding and text generation. We do not use your content or questions to train our own AI models, and we configure providers for service use, not model training, wherever that control is offered.

How we use data

  • To operate the service: answer questions, cite sources, and build content-gap reports.
  • To send creators service emails such as the weekly digest and account notices.
  • To protect the service: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging.

We do not sell personal data. Ever.

Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service — cloud hosting and database providers, AI providers (above), and payment processing — and when required by law. Audience questions are visible to the creator whose assistant received them.

Retention and deletion

Creator content stays indexed while the account is active. If a creator deletes their account (or asks us at the address above), we delete their content index — transcripts, chunks, and embeddings — within 30 days. Audience chat history follows the same schedule. Backups expire on a rolling basis after deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are hashed, and each creator's knowledge base is logically isolated from every other creator's. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your library as the asset it is.

Children

Sayzia is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced to creators by email.
