From the uploaded documents - Job#s 5,6,7 are the most serious, with #6 being the most likely to cause injury to the occupants of the tow vehicle and the motoring public. The dates are when we had to take it in to the dealer. Purchased the RV [XXX] and took it to FL for full time residency. Conferred with dealer throughout the winter and arranged to bring it in [XXX], 2023. On our way from FL, the kitchen slide would not close all the way and we had to drive with it that way. Uploaded documents show the explanation from the service tech at dealer. Now we are having problems with dining room slide which won't open and close without crawling under RV and using emergency crank, which broke off and we had to tear off underbelly cover to fix. We are in the process of trying to find someone to address this new slide problem. We are in a rural area and are having a difficult time getting assistance. The bunk beds in the rear room of this 5th wheel camper are approximately 5' off the ground and are not equipped with safety like a standard bed of this height would require from other regulations. This is a MAJOR safety issue that resulted in facial and upper body injuries to my 12 year old daughter when she fell out of the bunk while sleeping. Speaking with others this is a very common occurrence and have talked with those that have injuries ranging from general soreness/bruising like my daughter to more serious injuries like broken bones including someone that told me their child broke a vertebrae. This safety issue is not specific to my model and effects many model RVs from many manufacturers. Please require manufactures to follow the same regulations from the Consumer Safety Product Commission here: https://www.cpsc.gov/Business--Manufacturing/Business-Education/Business-Guidance/Bunk-Beds These rules have been on the books for over a decade yet not applied in RVs
