I find it very interesting that no one ever called me and you have closed my case . I wrote to you & told you the dealer on St. Thomas did not do windshields , Carribbean Auto Mart zip code 00802. I purchased my car at Arrigo in WPB , FL 33411 . I recently relocated to STT and shipped my car here. A 12 inch dead branch (which I have kept) hit my windshield and caused this damage on the inside and out. Obviously , the windshield was faulty or this serious damage would not have occurred, causing glass chards to come inside the vehicle. I have received no assistance from you have spoken to numerous outsourced customer service agents that I could not hear because of the chickens in the background and now you have closed my case. I was without a car for 3 weeks as the windshield was unstable and I could not drive the car as it was unsafe . I had to order a windshield and have it shipped here and installed. I would like to be compensated for my windshield and would like the address of your safety engineers to send the stick to them . Had it hit on the drivers side I would have been injured. Thank you, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The car would not restart and we had it towed to dealer. The dealer informed me it needed a new engine. Upon inspection and removal of the head of the engine, the #3 cylinder piston was melted and had zero compression and the #1 cylinder piston was partially melted and had zero compression as well. All regular maintenance was performed on the vehicle. We have the 2.0l vin N. No warning lights or codes were illuminated or present at the time of or after the incident.

Engine, Aug 13, 2023
Driving with my children and car started to shake a little when getting on highway, while on car started shaking violently and felt was going to die. I had to drive like that to get to an exit and was able to pull over. Turned the car off and turned back on. And same, then check engine light came on but not flashing. After getting it to a mechanic and the dealer was told my cylinder blew. And the engine is done. Felt that was a safety risk for me to driving with my children like that and now we are without a car. If someone maintains their car and gets regular oil checks then how is it possible for an engine to blow.

SERVICE 4WD LIGHT CAME ON. JEEP DIAGNOSED IT AS A BAD PTU. NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. SOUNDS LIKE A VERY COMMON PROBLEM FOR JEEP CHEROKEES IN EARLIER MODEL YEARS AND SPECIFIC VIN#'S IN 2019. THIS IS A VERY COSTLY REPAIR AND IT IS AT NO FAULT OF MY OWN. NOT TO MENTION THE HUGE SAFTEY ISSUE IT COULD HAVE CAUSED IF MY VEHICLE LOST POWER WHILE DRIVING. JEEP NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

This happened multiple times, I’ve been to so many places to get help and they act like i’m crazy. It’s not consistent either. I had it happen this week but before that it had been 2 months. It has happened at least 20 times within the past year
