Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sayzia, a service operated by Nebtrix ("we", "us"). By creating an account or chatting with a creator's assistant, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 to create a creator account.

Sayzia indexes a creator's YouTube content and provides an AI assistant that answers audience questions strictly from that content, with citations to the source video and timestamp. Questions the assistant cannot answer are logged and reported to the creator.

Creators retain full ownership of their content. By connecting a channel, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to transcribe, index, embed, store, and display excerpts of that content — solely to operate the service for you. This license ends when you delete your account, at which point your content index is deleted per our Privacy Policy. We do not train AI models on your content.

You may only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting someone else's channel, or using Sayzia to impersonate a person, is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

Answers are generated by AI from the creator's content. They are provided for information only and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated statements. They are not professional advice — financial, legal, medical, or otherwise — and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Answers represent what the creator has said in their videos, not real-time communication from the creator. Audience members use answers at their own risk.

• No attempts to extract other creators' data, probe, or disrupt the service.
• No use of chat to harass, spam, or post unlawful content.
• No reselling or white-labeling outside the plan features you have purchased.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include a free trial as described at signup. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; service continues to the end of the paid period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice — founding-cohort pricing commitments are honored for as long as the subscription remains active.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, the content license in Section 3 ends and your index is deleted.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI answers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
