Equipment, electrical, engine block heaterJan 15, 2026
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2013-2018 Focus, 2013-2019 Escape, and 2015-2016 MKC vehicles equipped with a 2.0L engine. The engine block heater may crack and develop a coolant leak, causing it to short circuit when the block heater is plugged in.
An electrical short circuit can increase the risk of a fire.
Owners are advised not to plug in their block heater until the vehicle is remedied. Dealers will replace the block heater, free of charge. Owners will also have a alternative option to replace engine block heater element with a threaded plug, and remove the block heater electrical cord. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed March 6, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 26S01. Latches/locks/linkages, doors, latchJun 8, 2020
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2011-2014 Fiesta, 2013-2014 Fusion, 2015 Mustang, 2013-2015 Escape and C-Max, 2012-2015 Focus, 2014-2016 Transit Connect, 2013-2014 Lincoln MKZ, and 2015 MKC vehicles. These vehicles were previously recalled and repaired under recalls 15V-246, 16V-643 or 17V-210, however the repair may not have been completed properly. A component within the door latches may break making the doors difficult to latch and/or leading the driver or a passenger to believe a door is securely closed when, in fact, it is not.
A door that is not securely latched could open while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of injury to a vehicle occupant.
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the latch date codes to confirm if the repair was done correctly, and replace the side door latches if necessary, free of charge. Owners will also have the option to inspect their own vehicle's door latches and enter the date codes into a website to determine if the latches are correct. Owner notification letters were mailed on July 27, 2020. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 20S30.

Fuel system, gasoline, storageJul 5, 2019
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2012 and 2017 Focus vehicles equipped with 2.0L GDI gasoline engines and 2013-2014 Focus ST vehicles equipped with 2.0L GTDI engines, previously recalled under 18V-735. The affected vehicles did not have the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) updated as intended. Therefore, the Canister Purge Valve (CPV) may malfunction, possibly causing excessive vacuum in the fuel vapor management system.
The excessive vacuum may result in an engine stall while driving, without warning and without the ability to restart the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will reprogram the Powertrain Control Module. Dealers will also check for fault codes and replace the CPV as needed. If the CPV is replaced, dealers will inspect and replace the carbon canister, fuel tank and fuel delivery module as necessary. The recall began July 29, 2019. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 19S22.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2013-2017 Ford Focus hatchback vehicles manufactured February 14, 2012, to August 26, 2016 and equipped with a manual transmission. The hatchback of the affected vehicles may be unlatched with a single press of the interior latch release button. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 206, "Door Locks and Door Retention Components."
With only a single press needed, the driver may accidently unlatch the hatchback, increasing the risk of injury to any unsecured passengers in the back.
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will reprogram the Body Control Module with updated software, free of charge. The recall began February 10, 2017. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 16C13.

THE CAR'S TRANSMISSION HAS ACTED UP ALMOST SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR AND WAS UNAWARE OF THE CAR SOUNDS AND HOW IT FEELS WHEN DRIVING IT. HOWEVER, A PROBLEM IN THE TRANSMISSION STARTED GETTING MORE NOTICEABLE AS TIME PASSED BY, SUDDENLY IT WOULD SLIP AND HESITATE AT LOW SPEEDS. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT SINCE I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR ONLY A FEW MONTHS. I RECENTLY TOOK IT TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP AND ALL THEY DID WAS REPROGRAM THE COMPUTER AND GATHER INFORMATION FOR THE FORD MANUFACTURER. NOW THE CAR IS EVEN WORSE THAN BEFORE AND DOING THINGS IT DID NOT DO BEFORE I TOOK IT IN. I WANT THE FORD MANUFACTURER TO BUY BACK THIS VEHICLE; I DON'T FEEL SECURE IN IT ANYMORE AND I DON'T CONSIDER IT A RELIABLE WAY OF TRANSPORTATION ANYMORE. I'M STRONGLY CONSIDERING NOT TO GO FOR ANOTHER FORD VEHICLE EVER AGAIN, I'D RATHER GO WITH OTHER MAKES AND MODELS. MY EXPERIENCE WITH FORD HAD BEEN BAD, I HAD THIS CAR FOR ONLY A YEAR AND ONLY 11,000 MILES AND I'M ALREADY DEALING WITH THE TRANSMISSION. *TR
Power train, Apr 2, 2015
ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS (WHILE PULLING INTO TRAFFIC). FROM A STOP THE TRANSMISSION REVS BUT CAR WILL NOT ACCELERATE. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED NEW FOR MY DAUGHTER SO SHE WOULD HAVE A SAFE RELIABLE VEHICLE TO DRIVE TO SCHOOL. A TRANSMISSION CAUSING A LOSS OF ACCELERATION WHILE IN NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS IS NOT SAFE OR RELIABLE. *TR
Electrical system, Engine, Apr 2, 2015
THE CAR SHUDDERS, JERKS AND SLIPS OUT OF GEAR ... FORD WON'T DO IT AND LET ME BUY THE CAR WITHOUT SAYING A WORD EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW THE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS AND LAWSUITS THEY HAVE HAD IN THE PAST. *TR
Vehicle speed control, Mar 31, 2015
ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, WHEN LEAVING A STOP SIGN/LIGHT, THE CAR WILL SHUDDER AND CHOKE AS IF IT GOING TO TURN OFF. THE CAR IDLES AROUND 750 RPMS WHEN THIS OCCURS. I AM NOT SURE IF THAT IS ABNORMAL OR NOT. UNFORTUNATELY, IT FEELS AS IF THE ISSUE IS OCCURRING MORE FREQUENTLY. FOR EXAMPLE, I HAVE NOTICED WHILE THE CAR IS IN MOTION AND AT VARIOUS SPEEDS THAT SOME TIMES WHEN I ATTEMPT TO ACCELERATE THE CAR WILL NOT RESPOND AS IT SHOULD WHILE OTHER TIMES IT WILL RESPOND QUITE QUICKLY AND AS I WOULD EXPECT. MY CONCERN IS IF THE ISSUE IS GETTING WORSE, WILL I BE PUT IN A POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS SITUATION THAT COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. *TR
Power train, Mar 30, 2015
WHEN PULLING FORWARD OUT OF A GAS STATION, I HIT THE ACCELERATOR, THE CAR STARTED SHUTTERING AND JUMPING, THEN REED UP TO 3,000 RPM AFTER I TOOK MY FOOT OFF THE GAS, I WAS ONLY TRYING TO GO FORWARD ABOUT 20 FEET. IT THEN KEPT GOING WITHOUT ANY INPUT FROM ME AS THE DRIVER. I HAD TO HIT THE BRAKE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO STOP IT AND PREVENT THE CAR FROM GOING INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CAR THEN SHIFTED REALLY HARD AND ALMOST LURKED MY PASSENGER INTO THE DASHBOARD. THIS TRANSMISSION IS NOT SAFE AND THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED. *TR
Vehicle speed control, Engine, Mar 30, 2015, crash
WHILE DRIVING IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC THE CAR ACCELERATED, LURCHING FORWARD, INSTEAD OF STOPPING WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, CAUSING ME TO STRIKE THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. CAR TRANSMISSION REVVED AND GAVE THE SOUND OF A CAR SHIFTING GEARS, AND CONTINUED TO REV FOR SEVERAL SECONDS AFTER IMPACT. *TR
Power train, Mar 27, 2015
THE VEHICLES TRANSMISSION WAS MAKING NOISES, SHUTTERING AND HESITATING WHEN TAKING OFF. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER 3 TIMES AND FINALLY ON THE THIRD TIME (AFTER GETTING THE REGIONAL FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INVOLVED) THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE AUTOMATIC CLUTCH. THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR A WEEK AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK I HAVE TO ADMIT IT DROVE BETTER. HOWEVER NOW 9 MONTHS AND 15K MILES LATER THE TRANSMISSION IS MAKING THE SAME NOISES AGAIN AND IT IS NOT SHIFTING PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE IS DOING EXACTLY WHAT IT DID WHEN IT ONLY HAD 400 MILES ON IT. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND OUT THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS SAME PROBLEM WITH THE FORD FOCUS. *TR
Power train, Vehicle speed control, Engine, Mar 24, 2015
WHILE TAKING TURNS AT 10 - 15 MPH SPEED AND/OR WHILE ACCELERATING FROM A STOP, THE VEHICLE GIVES OUT A SERIES OF RATTLING NOISES WITH THE TRANSMISSION. THIS SEEMS TO OCCURS AT NO / PARTIAL THROTTLE BEING APPLIED. AT TIMES, WHILE ACCELERATING FROM STOP, THE VEHICLE SHATTERS QUITE STRONGLY. THE SHUDDER IS PRETTY STRONG WHEN IT OCCURS WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP ON AN INCLINE. *TR
Steering, Engine, Mar 23, 2015
WHEN TRYING TO ACCELERATE FROM A STOP, CAR SHUTTERS. IT CAN HAPPEN WITH USING NO FORCE ON THE GAS OR USING FULL FORCE ON THE GAS. CAR SHUTTERS AND EVEN MAKES A RATTLING NOISE. *TR
Power train, Mar 23, 2015
WE WERE SITTING AT A STOP LIGHT ON A SLIGHT INCLINE (NO MORE THAN A DRIVEWAY). WHEN THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN, I TOOK MY FOOT OFF OF THE BRAKE AND THE CAR STARTED ROLLING BACKWARD. I APPLIED NORMAL GAS PEDAL AND IT STILL ROLLED BACK. I GAVE IT MORE THROTTLE FOR A SECOND AND THE TRANSMISSION FINALLY CAUGHT. FORTUNATELY, WE AVOIDED ROLLING INTO THE CAR BEHIND US. THE CAR PROBABLY ROLLED BACK THREE OR FOUR FEET BEFORE ENGAGING. SINCE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED NEW, IT SHUDDERS WHEN LEAVING A STOP, AND HAS A GRINDING NOISE IN THE FRONT WHEN GOING UPHILL AND TURNING TO THE LEFT. IN OTHER WORDS, IT HAS THE SAME ISSUES AS ALL OF THE OTHER COMPLAINTS PEOPLE HAVE POSTED ONLINE. WHEN WE BOUGHT THE CAR, WE WERE TOLD THAT AFTER A 1,000 OR SO MILES OF DRIVING, THE TRANSMISSION WOULD "LEARN" OUR DRIVING HABITS AND BE SMOOTH..........RIGHT. WHEN I TALKED TO THE LOCAL FORD DEALER'S SERVICE DEPT., I WAS TOLD THESE ARE JUST CHARACTERISTICS OF THESE TRANSMISSIONS. IF THESE ARE PROPERTIES OF A NORMAL FORD DUAL-CLUTCH TRANSMISSION, THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. *TR
Fuel/propulsion system, Mar 18, 2015
WHILE DRIVING CAR SUDDENLY BEGAN TO LOOSE RPM, MOTOR QUIT RUNNING, COULD NOT RESTART. VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED. I WAS TOLD THE MOTOR WAS BAD AND WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED, THE NEXT DAY WAS TOLD THE FUEL PUMP WAS BAD AND WAS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED REPLACED, THEN WAS TOLD THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY "BAD FUEL" AND NOT COVERED BY MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. I GET GASOLINE AT SAME PLACE, THEY TELL ME THERE HAVE BEEN NO OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH FUEL. ONLY LAST MONTH I NOTICED OIL ON SIDES OF CAR AND THE WATER PUMP WAS REPLACED, WAS TOLD BY MECHANIC AT FORD THAT THE "OIL AND WATER WERE MIXING". ALL THIS SOUNDS A LITTLE TOO WEIRD TO BE HAPPENING TO A 2014 VEHICLE AND I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT HAVING TO SPEND OVER $500 TO REPAIR A CAR THIS NEW. *TR
Structure, Engine, Mar 17, 2015, crash
MY FORD FOCUS SHUTTERS, GRINDS EVERY TIME I GO FROM ONE GEAR TO ANOTHER GEAR. THE CAR STARTS TO SHUTTER BADLY AS I PUT IT IN REVERSE, AND JUMPS WHEN I GAVE IT GAS. I HIT ANOTHER CAR. I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THE FOOD DEALER 2X WITH THE COMPLAINTS THAT THE CAR, SHUTTERS, GRINDS LIKE IT WONT GO INTO GEAR. THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION FAILURE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE STARTED TO HESITATE AND SHAKE. THE VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT TO A COMPLETE STOP AND FAILED TO SHIFT INTO REVERSE. THE NEXT DAY, THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

HELLO I PURCHASED MY 2014 FORD FOCUS SEPT 1, 2014 DECIDED TO GET A FORD BEING THAT I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT TOYOTA COROLLAS IN THE PAST AND A PLYMOUTH NEON THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BUT PREFER COROLLAS ANYWAYS SOON AFTER I WAS DRIVING IT I NOTICED A JERKING, REVVING ON TAKE OFF AT FIRST I THOUGHT OK IT'S JUST ME BUT WHEN MY SISTERS NOTICED IT AND MY BROTHER WHILE HE TOOK IT TO THE STORE THAT'S WHEN I KNEW IT WASN'T JUST ME. THE CAR FEELS LIKE IT HAS NO POWER UPON TAKE OFF WHICH MAKES ME REALLY UNCERTAIN AND AFRAID I DON'T FEEL INSURE LETTING ANYONE RIDE WITH ME. I DRIVE UP ORTEGA HWY A LOT SINCE MY SON LIVES IN MISSION VIEJO IT'S A VERY UP HILL RIDE THE CAR JERKS A LOT AND AGAIN HAS NO POWER I LITERALLY HAVE TO GIVE IT GAS FOR IT TO MOVE. I HAVE TAKEN IT IN TWICE NOW TO GET CHECKED AND BOTH TIMES THEY PERFORMED A UPDATE ON THE ENGINE WAS WHAT I WAS TOLD AND THAT THE CAR WAS FINE. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY CAR I FEEL THAT I GOT RIPPED OF THEY SHOULD DISCONTINUE THIS CARS INSTEAD OF SELLING THEM THEY ARE VERY HAZARDS AND SHOULD NOT BE OUT ON THE ROADS. I AM CONTINUING MAKING MY PAYMENTS SINCE I DON'T WANT IT TO AFFECT MY CREDIT BUY I AM NOT TO HAPPY SINCE THE CAR I THOUGHT WAS IN GOOD STANDARDS IS NOT I WISH I WOULD OF KNOWN THIS WHEN I WAS BUYING THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE KIND OF TRANSMISSION I KNOW THAT I DID TELL THEM I WANT A AUTOMATIC NOT A DUAL AUTOMATIC AND STANDARD TRANSMISSION NOT A HAPPY PERSON RIGHT NOW. VERY DISAPPOINTING. *TR
Power train, Mar 10, 2015
MY FORD FOCUS EV SHUT DOWN WITH NO REASON WHILE I WAS DRIVING, IT HAPPENED TWICE IN A WEEK. EVEN AFTER I UPDATED THE SOFTWARE. WHILE REBOOTING TOOK MOVE THAN ONE MINUTE, AFTER I TRIED TO TURN OFF EVERYTHING, THE POWER WAS STILL ON FOR A WHILE. *TR
Power train, Mar 5, 2015
THERE IS A GRINDING NOISE AND SHUDDERING ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE. THE CAR HAS VERY POOR ACCELERATION AT TIMES AS THE TRANSMISSION SEEMS TO SLIP. NOW AT 10,000 FORD IS GOING TO REPLACE THE CLUTCHES. HOWEVER, I AM STILL DRIVING THE CAR AS THE PARTS ARE BACK ORDERED SO I ASSUME THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE. *TR
Power train, Mar 4, 2015
I HAVE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS OVER THE PAST YEAR, THE CAR WILL BE ACCELERATING AND WITH OUT WARNING, THE POWER TRAIN WILL PAUSE/SEEM TO SLIP/SLIGHT SHUDDER FOR A SECOND OR TWO AND THEN THE VEHICLE RESUMES OPERATING NORMALLY. GENERALLY, THIS HAPPENS IN THE MORNING AFTER DRIVING FOR ABOUT A MILE. HAPPENS IN DIFFERENT SEASONS OF THE YEAR. DOES NOT SEEM TO HAPPEN RIGHT AS I SHIFT INTO THE NEXT GEAR UP. I AM GENUINELY CONCERNED THAT I WILL BE DRIVING AT SOME POINT AND LOSE MY POWER TRAIN IN A SITUATION THAT WILL PUT ME AT RISK (MERGING INTO TRAFFIC, TURNING ACROSS TRAFFIC, CROSSING A RAILROAD CROSSING, OR OTHER SITUATION IN WHICH I HAVE TO MOVE OR FEAR RISK OF BEING HIT). THERE HAS NOT BEEN A REPEATABLE EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD MAKE TAKING THE CARE IN FOR SERVICE EFFECTIVE. I AM PAST THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF 36,000 MILES (I DRIVE ABOUT 100 MILES PER DAY IN MY COMMUTE) AND I FEAR THAT I WILL BE STUCK WITH EXPENSIVE BILLS TO FIX WHAT IS CLEARLY A DEFECT ISSUE. OR WORSE YET, GET HURT/INJURED OR POSSIBLY KILLED BECAUSE OF THE LOSS OF MY POWER TRAIN. *TR

THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.

AFTER TAKING THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE PARTS TO COME IN FOR TWO MONTHS. I AM CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY AND DRIVABILITY OF THE VEHICLE. *TR
Vehicle speed control, Feb 28, 2015

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT MY CAR ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN, ONCE WHILE STOPPED, THE SECOND TIME WHILE DRIVING. THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF OCCURRED WHILE STOPPED AT 0 MILES PER HOUR AT A DRIVE-THROUGH, I HAD TO PUSH ON THE BRAKES HARDER TO PREVENT THE CAR FROM HITTING THE CAR AHEAD OF ME. A SECOND OCCURRENCE OCCURRED YESTERDAY ON FEBRUARY 14 OF 2014. I WAS DRIVING AT 35 MILES PER HOUR IN A 45 MILES PER HOUR ZONE WHEN THE CAR AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT WARNING ACCELERATED; I HAD TO STEER THE CAR INTO A SNOW BANK AND I ALMOST HIT A LARGE TREE I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE ABOVE OCCURRENCES AND I WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH MY FORD DEALERSHIP TOMORROW TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE AFTER THE FIRST INCIDENT I TOOK THE CAR TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP WART WAS EVALUATED AND I WAS ADVISED THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. *TR

TOOK MY CAR TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP, FOR THE 5TIMES . TO BE LOOKED AT AGAIN FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS I AM HAVING AND THEY STATED THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM, LIKE EVERY TIME, WITH THE SHUDDERING AND HESITATION I WAS EXPERIENCING. THEY HAVE REPROGRAMMED, AND REPLACED THE CLUTCH AND COMPUTER AND ASKED THAT I DRIVE IT AGAIN FOR A BIT AND SEE IF THE PROBLEM RETURNS. THE PROBLEMS STILL REMAINS THE SAME, WITH NO HELP FROM DEALERSHIP, THEY JUST KEEP MAKING EXCUSES, REFUSING TO FACE THE PROBLEM, THEY TOLD ME AFTER MY 5TH TRIP AND WAIST OF TIME TO THINK ABOUT A NEW CAR, MY CAR IS BARELY EVEN 11 MONTHS OLD. THE LAST TIME IT WAS SERVICE THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT BACK IN THE OIL PLUG, FOR AN OIL CHANGE I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE, MY CAR IS WORST EVERYDAY, I HAVE BOUGHT 4 VEHICLES MFRI! THIS DEALERSHIP AND IF THEY DON'T FACE THE FACTS AND FIX IT ITS GOING TO BE MY LAST , I CAN'T DEPEND ON MY CAR , I DON'T WANT TO BE STRANDED AND THE SAFETY HAZARDS FOR THESE SAME ISSUES ARE RIDICULOUS, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO FEEL THREATENED OR AFRAID TO DRIVE MY OWN CAR . EVERYTIME I START !Y CAR AND START TO GO , I HAVE TO WORRY IF !Y CAR IS GOING TO GET STUCK IN GEAR AND ACCELERATE OR NOT STOP AT ALL, RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT OR WORSE. *TR

2014 FORD FOCUS THE TRANSMISSION STUTTERS, GRINDS AND IS VERY SHAKY. UPON ACCELERATION ITS VERY JUMPY AND STUTTERS AND FOLLOWED BY A GRIND NOISE. I TOOK THE CAR INTO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY REPLACED ALL THE INDIVIDUAL CLUTCHES. THEY TOLD ME DRIVE IT A BIT. THE STUTTER HAS STOPPED A LITTLE BUT IT STILL STUTTERS AND GRINDS. I TRIED TO IGNORE THIS FOR A WHILE BECAUSE IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT FOR YOUR VEHICLE TO BE IN SHOP. THEY SHOULD REALLY MAKE IT STANDARD FOR ALL FORD DEALERSHIPS TO PROVIDE A RENTAL CAR IF YOUR VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY. I BOUGHT A NEW CAR SO THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY PROBLEMS AND NOW I AM ALWAYS HAVING TO BRING IT IN. THE SECOND TIME I TOOK IT IN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY RE PROGRAMMED IT. THE THIRD TIME I TOOK IT IN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY REPROGRAMMED IT AGAIN AND A WEEK LATER IT IS STILL HAPPENING. THIS IS VERY CONCERNING AND UNSAFE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARE TO ANYONE I KNOW, NOR WILL I. *TR
