  1. Vehicle speed control, Service brakes, Aug 16, 2026

My vehicle has experienced a complete failure of the ABS Control Module. A dealer diagnosis confirmed internal module failure. The symptoms are: - All ABS system warning lights illuminated (ABS, traction control, brake, sway bar) - Odometer and speedometer stop working while driving - All brake lights remain on continuously - Vehicle exhibits erratic shifting / rough braking This is a documented safety defect affecting many Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep owners where the dealer confirms the ABS module is defective but cannot repair due to the part being on national backorder with no ETA. I am being told the part is backordered indefinitely. I am left driving an unsafe vehicle with no functioning ABS, stability control, or accurate speed/odometer reading, or parking a vehicle I am still paying for and insuring. I am formally requesting: 1. Immediate provision of a replacement ABS module, or a loaner/rental vehicle at FCA's expense until repair

  2. Air bags, Jul 21, 2026

    Failure to replace airbags

  3. Electrical system, Engine, Jul 6, 2026, fire

Started vehicle and went inside to grab my bag and there was a loud explosion and the engine bay went up in flames. Determined to be electric and originated in or near the TIPM. The vehicle is a total loss, house has damage, and other vehicles.

  4. Air bags, Vehicle speed control, Service brakes, Jul 2, 2026

Most of the dash lights are on scan code U1412. Says traction control not working, ABS not working, speedometer not working, and airbags not working. The Power Control Module (PCM) needs replaced. A known issue with the Jeep Wrangler JKs. No one stocks the parts and used ones are way over priced. How can Jeep not have to replace it or at least stock a replacement part that has the issues resolved?

  5. Service brakes, Jun 17, 2026

Abs module failed the company no longer makes the chips to repair this module

  6. Air bags, Mar 21, 2026

  7. Service brakes, Mar 19, 2026

ABS Module fails with C2200 code. No replacement parts are available, hence driving with no ABS (manual brakes). Jeep needs to address the nationwide backlog on ATS moudles so proper repairs can be made and Jeep owners have the peace of mind that the ABS is functioning properly.

  8. Electrical system, Other or unspecified, Service brakes, Mar 13, 2026

ABS Module failure. Unable to get replacement. Manufacturer refuses to provide & unable to use used ones due to being programed to Vin#. It has been over 2 years and no resolution in site.

  9. Service brakes, Dec 10, 2025

Faulty abs module. Dealer is unable to get part to fix. Car is dangerous to be driven with issue.

  10. Fuel/propulsion system, Nov 21, 2025

When refueling and the pump shuts off, fuel with then leak back our and will run down the side of the jeep onto the ground. This is a large fire hazard, and there was previously a recall for 2007 and 2008 for this. The dealership states that they have never heard of this, and will not look at it without a full workup and paying up front. This issue is not safe, and I am thinking about getting rid of the vehicle completely due to this. There are are only 77,000 miles on this now so it isn't like I abuse the vehicle

  11. Service brakes, Nov 5, 2025

ANTI-LOCK brake system failure noted by dash board lights indicating system failure.

  12. Air bags, Oct 15, 2025

In March 2015 the BAS ESP (traction control and stability light)warning light came on. It stayed on for several miles and then went off. This happened numerous times. On April 23, 2025 Parker Automotive Service Center removed the steering wheel and replaced the Clockspring. In May the BAS ESP again came on, Parker Automotive recalibrated the Clockspring which has the steering angle sensory built in. In Aug 2025 the BAS ESP light again came on and on August 14, 2025 Parker Automotive replaced the Clockspring under warranty. In September 2025 the BAS ESP came on again. On October 2 2025 Parker Automotive found a Safety recall M31/NHTSA 13V-176 Airbag System Clockspring and advised me to go to the Jeep dealer. Which I did and was told my vehicle was not among the recalled ones. Research shows that m31/NHTSA was replaced by S40/NHTSA. My records show that I “paid” Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson to replace the Clockspring-steering column controls ten years ago on October 22, 2015. It is concerning that when the BAS ESP warning light is on the airbag will not deploy. Does the recall need to be expanded to include additional vehicles? The Clockspring in my vehicle has been replaced now 3 times.

  13. Steering, Vehicle speed control, Service brakes, Jul 23, 2025

ABS failing. Loss of Traction Control & Possible Brake Failure. Vehicle Manufacturer failing to provide parts.

  14. Service brakes, Jun 26, 2025

ABS, Traction Control, & Brake warning lights have come on due to issues with the ABS Sensors. Repairs unavailable due to unavailability of parts.

  15. Fuel/propulsion system, Feb 18, 2025

As you were fueling the vehicle it will spit fuel back at you and poor fuel all over the ground and me, many people have this problem there is a recall from 2007 to 2008 but not 2009 through 2010 even though they have the same exact very dangerous issue

  16. Power train, Electrical system, Vehicle speed control, Jan 29, 2025

I will be driving down the road and a red lighting bolt will flash on my gauges then the jeep will either lose power or shut off. I was almost hit by a semi truck due to this. Once I cycle the key goes away till the next time it happens. Also the brake assist will randomly kick on typically applying braking power to the left rear passenger tire. This is not fixed by cycling the key. Jeep has recalled newer Wranglers for these exact issues but when I contacted Jeep they said it would cost me out of pocket

  17. Fuel/propulsion system, May 13, 2024

Upon fueling the vehicle and the fueling process stops, the Jeep spits back about 1/2 gallon of fuel, all over the vehicle, the ground and the fuel station.

  18. Fuel/propulsion system, Feb 21, 2024

Plastic rollover valve on gas tank dry out cracked which is modeled to tank can not be replaced which means you have to replace the gastank for what looks like a 5 dollar part. Will not past smog because of this issue.

  19. Steering, Jan 31, 2024

The contact owns a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while parking the vehicle, the tie rod drag link detached, causing the steering wheel to continually spin. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was repaired by a family member at the contact’s residence. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 200,000.

  20. Fuel/propulsion system, Jan 27, 2024

The design of the fuel tank installed in the 2010 Jeep Wrangler is faulty, The plastic utilized in the manufacture of the gasoline and evaporation fittings is of an inferior material and it can not withstand heat and low humidity. The plastic tends to dry out, crack and crumble, creating fuel and vapor leaks, which could result in a fire or explosion. I have had to replace the gas tank on my 2010 Wrangler in July 2017, at odometer reading 94944 and again in January 2023 with an odometer reading of 161599.

  21. Service brakes, Jan 14, 2024

The ABS control module is reporting a DTC code C2200 indicating an ABS module internal failure. The instrument panel warning lights for esp, bas, abs and the traction control are all continuously lit. This problem is continuous but has not been confirmed or inspected by a dealer. independent service center, police or insurance representatives. It is, however, a well known issue reported on Jeep owner forums as an ABS Dashboard Christmas Tree. I have not yet had an ABS related accident but it is extremely concerning that there is an internal ABS module failure that could cause an accident. I have attempted to replace the ABS Module, part 68067458AA, but I am told this part is not available due to a hold for engineering review. I was told the engineering review should be completed by March 20 but until then I am unable to obtain a new replacement part.

  22. Air bags, Oct 7, 2023

Jeep Wrangler JK is required to replace clockspring due to dust that could compromise airbag circut causing potential non-deployment of the driver airbag. Currently, the jeep is available for inspection. Non deployment of the airbag can cause bodily harm or life threating injuries that put at risk driver and others. Jeep owner bring multiple times the vehicle to the dealership but they didn't have part available and never is been fixed. The vehicle has been inspected from multiple technicians at differents dealership. Airbag warning is showing in the dashboard of the vehicle since 2016.

  23. Steering, Suspension, Sep 14, 2023, crash

Track bar bracket broke off at 65 mph due to violent steering death wobble. I had no steering when track bar bracket welds broke off axle. No Sterring. Yes, independent. Had to have vehicle toed on flatbed. Yes, Insurance said they will not cover catastrophic failure of the steering or the damage. No warnings other than dramatic front-end vibration that broke off the metal bracket.

  24. Engine, Aug 24, 2023, fire

The contact owns a  2010 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked in his driveway three to four feet away from the house the vehicle caught on fire and burned his house down The vehicle and the house was condemned total loss. A Police and Fire report was filed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 107,000.

  25. Fuel/propulsion system, Aug 15, 2023

When ever I fill the tank with gas I get leakage of fuel on my driveway so I have been filling it halfway and I don’t get the leakage it also has a fuel smell. I have found on the internet that this is common and the repair part is available, but I feel that this is very similar to the recall on Toyota trucks that is now on going so I feel it is my duty to report this safety situation
