Recalls and investigations

  1. Air bags, frontal, driver side, inflator moduleMar 10, 2021

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2007-2011 Ranger, 2006-2012 Fusion, Lincoln Zephyr, Lincoln MKZ, 2006-2011 Mercury Milan, 2007-2010 Ford Edge, and Lincoln MKX vehicles. The driver's side air bag inflator may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to high absolute humidity, high temperatures, and high temperature cycling.

An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants, resulting in serious injury or death.

Ford will notify owners, and dealers will replace the driver-side airbag inflator or module with an alternate one, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on April 9, 2021 for the passenger side, and November 14, 2022 for the driver side. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 21S12.

  4. Service brakes, hydraulic, antilock/traction control/electronic limited slip, control unit/moduleDec 18, 2019

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2006-2010 Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan, Lincoln Zephyr and MKZ vehicles. The valves within the ABS Hydraulic Control Units (HCU) may react with brake fluids containing specific corrosion preventative additives. This reaction may cause the valves to not close properly.

If the valves do not properly close, additional brake pedal travel may be required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford will notify owners, and dealers will flush the brake system with DOT 4 fluid and install a new brake fluid reservoir cap. In addition, the HCU will be tested to detect a possible stuck valve condition, replacing the HCU as necessary. All services will be performed free of charge. The recall began April 1, 2021. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 19S54.

  9. Fuel system, gasoline, storage, auxillary tankNov 24, 2015

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2010-2011 Ford Fusion vehicles manufactured July 21, 2008, to March 4, 2011, and 2010-2011 Mercury Milan vehicles manufactured July 23, 2008, to December 10, 2010. The affected vehicles have fuel vapor canisters whose purge valves may not operate properly resulting in abnormal pressure changes in the fuel tank.

The pressure changes may cause the tank to crack and leak fuel. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Ford will notify owners, and dealers will update the vehicle powertrain control modules and inspect the vehicle for any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) for this issue and perform a leak test on the Canister Purge Valve (CPV). The fuel tank will be inspected for cracks. The CPV and fuel tank will be replaced as necessary. These repairs will be performed free of charge. The recall began on January 15, 2016. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 15S34.

  10. EquipmentMay 29, 2014

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain all weather driver side accessory floor mats sold for use in model year 2006-2011 Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan, 2006 Lincoln Zephyr, and 2007-2011 Lincoln MKZ vehicles manufactured November 9, 2007, through October 31, 2010. The affected floor mats may move and possibly interfere with the accelerator pedal.

The floor mat could shift such that it could interfere with the accelerator pedal, preventing its return to an idle position, which could result in unintended vehicle speeds, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford will notify owners, and dealers will install new replacement mats, free of charge. The recall began in July 2014. Owners may contact Ford's customer service at 1-800-392-3673. Ford's number for this recall is 14S07. NOTE: Vehicles built after October 31, 2010, while potentially equipped with the same floor mats, are equipped with a Brake Over Accelerator (BOA) feature that prevents simultaneous accelerator and brake application, allowing the vehicle to be safely stopped by pressing firmly and steadily on the brake pedal.

  1. Service brakes, Mar 31, 2019

DURING MY NORMAL DAILY COMMUTE I EXPERIENCED A TERRIFYING AND UNANNOUNCED LOSS OF BREAKING POWER. I WAS SIMPLY COMING TO A STOP AT A LIGHT IN HEAVY TRAFFIC AND LOST TOTAL BREAK RESPONSE. I NARROWLY MISSED CAUSING A ACCIDENT WITH STOPPED TRAFFIC. I WAS DRIVING RESPONSIBLY IN A LIGHT DRIZZLE WHEN IT HAPPENED. I AM TOLD THE ABS MODULE SENSED LOSS OF TRACTION IN AT LEAST ONE TIRE SO IT KICKED ON. THIS ONLY MADE THE SITUATION A PANIC STOP. THE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR AND BREAKING POWER WAS ONLY ABOUT 10% OF THE NORMAL FEEL. AFTER THIS EVENT THE BREAKS NEVER REGAINED THEIR POWER AND HAD TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO SERVICE. THE SERVICE CENTER TOLD ME THIS IS SOMEWHAT COMMON AND THEY COULD FIX THE ISSUE, $1600 LATER I HAVE A NEW ABS MODULE AND THE BREAKS WORKS BETTER BUT NOT 100% OF WHERE THEY WERE BEFORE. I HAVE HEARD OF SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE'S STORIES SINCE THIS EVENT AND ALL ARE THE SAME ISSUE. THE EVENT WAS SUCH A UNANNOUNCED AND TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE I WILL BE SELLING THE CAR. I AM A 35, PERFECT DRIVING RECORD, DRIVE 20K MILES+ EVERY YEAR AND NEVER EXPERIENCED A SITUATION LIKE THIS WHERE I WAS HELPLESS. AND KNOWING THE MANUFACTURER KNOWS OF THE PROBLEM IS APPALLING.

  2. Service brakes, Mar 16, 2019

THE BRAKES ON THIS CAR GO ALMOST ALL THE WAY TO FLOOR BEFORE THEY ENGAGE. I HAVE BLED THE BRAKES, REPLACED PADS AND ROTORS AND NONE OF THESE ACTIONS RESULTED IN IMPROVED PERFORMANCE. I HAVE READ NUMEROUS POSTS THAT THE ABS PUMP IS DEFECTIVE. I AM TROUBLED BY THIS AS MY DAUGHTER DRIVES THIS CAR AND I DO NOT FEEL IT IS SAFE. THIS ISSUE OCCURS AT ANY SPEED IN ANY CONDITION I.E. DRY, WET, TURNING OR GOING STRAIGHT. THIS ALSO RESULTS IN LONGER BRAKING DISTANCES AS THE ENGAGEMENT IS NOT NORMAL. I HAVE CALLED FORD AND THEY HAVE TAKEN NO ACTION WHATSOEVER.

  3. Service brakes, Mar 5, 2019

DRIVING DURING A SNOWSTORM,I WENT TO USE THE BRAKES. THE ANTI LOCK BRAKES KICKED IN AND SINCE THEN THE BRAKE PEDAL IS SPONGY SOMETIMES THE PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR. HAVE TO PUMP THE PEDAL. MASTER CYLINDER IS GOOD AND BRAKES HAVE BEEN BLED.

  4. Service brakes, Feb 22, 2019

WHILE TURNING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY INTO THE STREET THE BRAKE PETAL PULSED AS IF THE ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM WAS ACTIVATED. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR WITH NO BRAKES BEING PRESENT. PUMPING THE BRAKES RESTORED A LITTLE OF THE PEDAL PRESSURE. AFTER THAT THE BRAKES REMAINED SPONGY. WE REPLACED THE BRAKE MASTER CYLJNDER BUT WERE UNABLE TO GET ANY PRESSURE IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM EVEN AFTER BLEEDING THE BRAKE LINES. THE DEALER SAID THAT IT WAS THE ABS CONTROL MODULE. THERE SHOULD NOT BE A PART THAT CAN FAIL WHILE DRIVING THAT CAN PHYSICALLY TAKE AWAY ALL OF THE BREAK PRESSURE IN THE SYSTEM. IN RESEARCHING ON THE INTERNET I HAVE FOUND HUNDREDS OF CASES OF PEOPLE SAYING THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM WITH THEIR FUSION. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE THAT ONE OF THE VALVES IN THE ABS CONTROL MODULE CAN STICK IN THE OPEN POSITION CREATING A LOOP IN THE BRAKE LINE SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS THE FLUID TO CIRCULATE INSTEAD OF PRESSURIZING THE WHEEL CALIPERS.

  5. Service brakes, Feb 21, 2019

BRAKES FAILED. REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER, AND ABS PUMP STILL NO BRAKES. ELECTRICAL CODES KEEP COMING UP. RREPLACED PADS ALL AROUND AND ROTOR AND CALIPER. BLEED SYSTEM. WITH NO POWER TO CAR BRAKE PETAL HARD AND POWER PEDAL GOES RIGHT TO THE FLOOR. SYSTEM BARELY BLEEDS.

  7. Service brakes, Feb 12, 2019

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO STOP THE VEHICLE, BUT THE BRAKE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOORBOARD WHEN DEPRESSED. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY EXCESSIVE FORCE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL TO STOP THE VEHICLE. ON OTHER OCCASIONS, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS SOFT AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JOHN KENNEDY FORD OF CONSHOHOCKEN (1403 RIDGE PIKE, CONSHOHOCKEN, PA 19428, (610) 279-1700) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT NO FAILURE COULD BE LOCATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,232.

  8. Steering, Service brakes, Feb 9, 2019

BRAKES RANDOMLY NEARLY FAIL...HAVE TO PUSH PEDAL ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. I PUT A NEW BATTERY IN, IT STOPPED, UNTIL TODAY WHEN I NEARLY RAN INTO A LIGHT POLE TRYING TO TURN ON A CITY STREET. I ALSO HAD SIMILAR POWER STEERING ISSUES 2 YEARS AGO, AND HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACED FOR $2000

  9. Service brakes, Feb 7, 2019

MY BREAKS GO IN AND OUT, THE BRAKE PEDAL GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR AS I'M IN MOTION ON THE ROAD. IT'S HAPPENED IN THE HIGHWAY AND ON CITY STREETS. LUCKLY I HAD FAST REFLEX TO PUNCH THE PEDAL A COUPLE TIMES AND THAT MADE IT A TAD BIT BETTER. I HAD THE MASTER CYLINDER AND BOOSTER REPLACED, AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL ONGOING. THE MECHANIC SAID THE NEXT STEP WOULD BE THE ABS PUMP.

  10. Steering, Service brakes, Hydraulic, Jan 28, 2019

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FETTE FORD (973-779-7000, LOCATED AT 1137 US-46, CLIFTON, NJ 07013) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ABS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 65,000.

  11. Service brakes, Jan 22, 2019

BRAKES SOFT AND MUSHY AFTER ABS EVENT, NOW BRAKES DON'T FUNCTION PROPERLY. THIS APPEARS RELATED TO AN ONGOING NHTSA INVESTIGATION ON FORD FUSIONS. FOUND REPAIR COST VERY HIGH.

  12. Steering, Service brakes, Jan 10, 2019

IN MOTION: BRAKES STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY WHILE DRIVING (MODULATOR FOR ABS FAILED) AND POWER STEERING LOCKED UP THE STEERING WHEEL TO THE POINT THAT IT REQUIRED SIGNIFICANT EFFORT WHILE DRIVING WHICH CREATED A DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR MY 17 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHO HAD TO STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET.

  13. Service brakes, Dec 30, 2018

I WAS DRIVING TO WORK AND IT FELT LIKE I HIT AN ICE PATCH IN THE ROAD AND ALMOST REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. EVER SINCE THEN MY BRAKES HAVE BEEN SOFT, I HAVE DONE JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING BESIDES CHANGING MAJOR HARDWARE ON THE VEHICLE AND STILL NO CHANGE. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL DRIVING THIS VEHICLE ANYMORE AND REALLY WANT A RESOLUTION TO THE ISSUE

  14. Service brakes, Dec 26, 2018

MY 2010 FORD FUSION'S BRAKE PEDAL SUDDENLY BEGAN GETTING SPONGY A FEW MONTHS AGO AND REMAINED LIKE THAT INDEFINITELY. THE PEDAL WOULD HAVE TO BE DEPRESSED ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR FOR BRAKING PRESSURE TO KICK IN. I WAS DRIVING IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD ONE ONE DAY GOING ABOUT 20MPH AND THE BRAKES BECAME COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE AFTER MULTIPLE DEPRESSES TO SLOW FOR A SPEED BUMP. I ENDED UP STOPPING THE CAR WITH THE HAND BRAKE. THIS WAS ON NOVEMBER 28TH 2018. THE BRAKES HAVEN'T WORKED SINCE, I TOOK IT TO THE MECHANIC AND THEY REPLACED MY BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER AND BLED THE SYSTEM. THAT DID NOTHING. AFTER FURTHER ANALYSIS THEY CONCLUDED IT'S THE ABS ASSEMBLY THAT HAS FAILED - TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT THAT AS THE ABS MODULE CAN ONLY BE PROGRAMMED AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. I WENT IN TO GET A QUOTE, THE NEEDED ABS COMPONENTS WILL RUN ME APPROXIMATELY $1800 NOT INCLUDING LABOR COSTS. OUTRAGEOUS. I'M A COLLEGE STUDENT AND TO TOP IT ALL OF I LOST MY PART-TIME JOB I HAD DUE TO NOT HAVING A CAR TO GO TO WORK. PLEASE IS THEIR SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS?

  15. Service brakes, Dec 12, 2018

I HAVE A 2010 FORD FUSION SE WHERE THE ENTIRE BRAKING SYSTEM LITERALLY FAILED WHILE RUNNING MY ERRANDS. THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY TO FLOOR WHEREBY I HAD TO USE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP. FORTUNATELY I DID NOT HIT ANYONE OR ANYTHING. THE LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP EVENTUALLY DIAGNOSED THE "HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT" HAD COMPLETELY FAILED. READING ONLINE, IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS HAS BECOME A NATIONAL PROBLEM REGARDING THESE PARTICULAR FORD VEHICLES AND QUITE A FEW PEOPLE UNFORTUNATELY HAVE HAD ACCIDENTS SINCE THEY COULD NOT STOP PROPERLY IN TIME. IT APPEARS THIS HAS / COULD BECOME A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR OTHERS ON THE ROAD. CARS SHOULD BE ABLE TO STOP PROPERLY AND A CAR WHOSE ENTIRE BRAKING SYSTEM FAILS WITHOUT NOTICE COULD SERIOUSLY HURT / PERHAPS KILL SOMEONE. WE WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF A NATIONAL RECALL WAS ORDERED BY THE NHTSA. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND ASSISTANCE.

  16. Service brakes, Dec 12, 2018

BRAKE PEDAL WAS PRESSED ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR BOARD OF THE CAR AND THE CAR DID NOT REACT WELL TO STOPPING AS MY DAUGHTER APPROACHED A STOP LIGHT. SCARY NONTHELESS. NORMAL BRAKING WORKED AFTER THAT ONE INCIDENT. ANYWAY WE BROUHT TO PRIVATE MECHANIC TO CHECK THINGS OUT AND HE DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH BRAKE LINE OR PADS. STILL SCARY TO THINK THIS MIGHT HAPPEN AGAIN.

  17. Service brakes, Dec 10, 2018

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS APPLIED, BUT FELT SPONGY AND FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE MASTER CYLINDER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE BRAKES NEEDED TO BE BLED. THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,000.

  18. Service brakes, Dec 9, 2018

THE BRAKE PEDAL SUDDENLY WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. BROUGHT THE CAR TO THE LOCAL FOR DEALER AND THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS, OBVIOUSLY PADS AD ROTORS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL GOING TO THE FLOOR WHILE BRAKING. I DID RESEARCH AND TESTING ON THE CAR AND FOUND THE CAUSE OF THE ISSUE. THE CAUSE IS A FAILED ABS PUMP. APPARENTLY THIS IS A WELL KNOWN FAILURE IN FORD FUSIONS AND CAN AND DOES CAUSE COMPLETE LOSS OF BRAKING LEADING TO ACCIDENTS. THE ABS SYSTEM THAT FORD DESIGNED AND INSTALLED IN THE FUSION HAS A MAJOR SAFETY DEFECT, IN THAT IF THE ABS PUMP HAS AN INTERNAL LEAK THEN WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL IS DEPRESSED THE BRAKE FLUID IS ALLOWED TO FLOW PASSED THE ABS PUMP, ALLOWING THE BRAKE PEDAL TO GO TO THE FLOOR. WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR BAKING IS LIMITED OR NON EXISTENT. PLEASE DO AN INTERNET SEARCH AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE THAT FORD HAS NOT ADDRESSED AND HAS NOT TRAINED IT TECHNICIANS TO IDENTIFY. MY CHILDREN DRIVE THIS CAR AND I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS ISSUE BY DRIVING THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE AIRBAG RECALL. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE

TAKATA RECALL BRAKES COMPLETELY WENT OUT. NO PRESSURE IN THE PEDAL. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE EMERGENCY BRAKE I WOULD OF HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR. I HAVE DONE RESEARCH AND IT HAS SHOWED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ON GOING ISSUES WITH THE BREAKS IN THE FUSIONS AND MILAN'S.

WHILE DRIVING NORMALLY ON ANY TYPE OF ROAD AND COMING TO A STOP WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED, PEDAL WILL SOFTLY GO TO THE FLOOR ALL THE WAY AND CAR WILL NOT STOP UNLESS PUMPED A FEW TIMES. THIS STARTED HAPPENING AFTER A MONTH WHEN I BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM LANG AUTOS IN LYNNWOOD, WASHINGTON. FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED WHEN I HAD TO STOP ABRUPTLY AND THERE WAS GRAVEL ON THE ROAD WHICH ENGAGED ABS. AS SOON AS ABS WAS ENGAGED BRAKE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR AND MY CAR HARDLY STOPPED CAUSING ME TO RUN A RED LIGHT. I WAS ALMOST ABOUT TO RUN INTO A PEDESTRIAN. THIS IS A PERMANENT ISSUE AND I HAVE HAD ROTORS BRAKE PADS CALIPERS CHECKED. I HAVE ALSO HAD THE BRAKES BLED AND TESTED FOR ANY LEAKS. IT CAME OUT NEGATIVE. MASTER CYLINDER WORKS FINE AND THERE IS NO LEAKS IN BRAKE LINE. NO LEAKS IN ANY JOINTS THAT CONNECTS TO MASTER CYLINDER AND ABS MODULE. I HAVE HAD MY CAR TESTED AND SEEMS LIKE THE ISSUE COMES FROM ABS MODULE/CONTROLLER THAT MIGHT NEED A REPLACEMENT. IT IS A VERY COSTLY PART PLUS LABOR COSTS ARE HUGE. ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE ALREADY SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN DIAGNOSING CAUSE AND REPLACING PARTS THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO ACTUAL COST.

ANTILOCK BRAKING SYSTEM (ABS) HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT IS FAILING. I HAVE READ MULTIPLE REPORTS OF OTHERS AND THIS SHOULD BE RECALLED. CAUSES BREAKS TO GET SPONGY AFTER A SMALL SLIDE ON THE ROAD. I WAS ON MY ROAD, SLID ON ICE ABOUT 3 FEET AND AFTER THAT THE BREAKS WENT SPONGY.

PARKING BRAKE WILL NOT RELEASE IN COLD WEATHER. THIS HAS HAPPEN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. IN SOME CASES THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE WAS TO DRIVE THE CAR CAUSING BRAKE TO GET HOT.

BRAKES ARE SPONGY AND GOES DOWN TO THE FLOOR. HAVE TO PUMP BRAKES HARD TO STOP CAR. HAD NEW BRAKES PUT ON AND IT DID NOT HELP THE PROBLEM. THE BRAKE PROBLEM HAVE ALL THE ISSUES DESCRIBED ON THE INTERNET POINTING TO AN ABS BRAKING PROBLEM. THIS THE FIFTH MAJOR PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS CAR.

  24. Steering, Service brakes, Nov 27, 2018, crash

MY POWER STEERING AND MY BRAKE ASSIST ON MY CAR WENT OUT AS I WAS DRIVING AND LOCKED UP MY STEERING SYSTEM WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT... IT IS SAID THAT IT'S A RECALL ON THIS ISSUE BY ANOTHER PERSON WHO HAS THE SAME YEAR AND MODEL.... I DIDNT KNOW WHO TO CONTACT SO I TRIED THIS WAY...

I WAS DRIVING TO WORK AND I WENT TO STOP AT A RED LIGHT AND THE BRAKES FAILED. MY CAR HAS BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR A FEW DAYS AND THEY HAVE REPLACED SEVERAL PARTS BUT THEY HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REGAIN ANY BRAKES. I HAVEN'T HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 3 WEEKS BECAUSE NO ONE CAN FIGURE OUT THE ISSUE.
