2017 FORD EXPLORER SPORT. BASICALLY THE ORIGINAL HANKOOK VENTUS TIRES THAT CAME ON THE CAR HAVE WORN INCREDIBLY FAST. 15000 CURRENTLY AND THEY ARE ALMOST BALD ON THE EDGES. DEALER CLAIMED THAT ALIGNMENT WAS FINE. TIRES ALWAYS INFLATED AND ROTATED. I THINK THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. THESE TIRE ARE NOT ADEQUATE FOR THIS SIZE VEHICLE. FORD HOPES THAT CONSUMERS ARE STUPID AND JUST BUY NEW TIRES. THESE TIRES WILL GET PEOPLE KILLED. FORD SHOULD NOT USE THESE TIRES. ACTUALLY COME TO THINK OF IT MY 2018 VW GTI HAS THE SAME TIRES AND I HAD A SIDEWALL FAIL WITHIN 300 MILES OF PURCHASING. HANKOOK IS GARBAGE!!!!!!

BOUGHT MY 2017 FORD EXPLORER BRAND NEW AND IT HAD BEEN FINE UNTIL 3 MONTHS AGO WHEN WE STARTED TO SMELL SMOKE INSIDE OF THE CABIN. IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME WE TURN ON THE CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH THE AC OR REGULAR AIR TURNED ON BLOWING THROUGH THE VENTS. IN TWO MINUTES OR SO THE SMELL IS GONE. TOOK IT TO THE DEALER, REPLACED THE CABIN FILTER BUT SMELL REMAINS. TOOK IT AGAIN AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. THEY ALSO SAID IT WASN'T CO2 OR AC GAS BECAUSE BOTH OF THOSE I SUPPOSEDLY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SMELL AS THEY HAVE NO ODOR. AS FAR AS I KNOW, CO2 SMELLS LIKE SMOKE THOUGH!! IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR I RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER TO BRING MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE BECAUSE OF CO2 COMPLAINTS IN THE CABIN, BUT APPARENTLY THAT WAS ACTUALLY WHEN MY CAR DIDN'T HAVE ANY SMELL... ANYWAYS, AFTER SEEING SO MANY COMPLAINTS ONLINE I DECIDED TO REGISTER MINE HERE AS WELL. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO OR WHAT STEPS TO TAKE...
